Հայաստանը պատասխանել է խաղաղության պայմանագրի նախագծի վերաբերյալ Ադրբեջանի վերջին առաջարկներին։ ԱԳՆ խոսնակը հայտնել է, որ սրանք լրամշակված 9-րդ խմբագրությունն է, որը Երևանը ստացել էր ապրիլի 26-ին։

Արդեն, գրեթե 3 տարի Հայաստանն ու Ադրբեջանն իրար հետ փոխանակվում են առաջարկությունների փաթեթով։ Ադրբեջանը ներկայացնում է իր պահանջները, որոնք ձևակերպել է 5 կետերում, Հայաստանն էլ փորձում է ներկայացնել իր մոտեցումները, ոչ՝ պահանջները, ադրբեջանական պահանջների վերաբերյալ։

ԱԳՆ մեր աղբյուրի համաձայն՝ արդեն 9-րդ խմբագրությունն է Ադրբեջանի դիրքորոշումներում գրեթե ոչինչ չի փոխվել, այդ երկիրը, առաջին իսկ օրվանից հստակ գիտակցելով իր ավելի բարվոք դիրքը բանակցային պրոցեսում, գրամ անգամ քայլ չի արել փոխզիջման ուղղությամբ, փոխարենը հայկական կողմին է պարտադրվում աստիճանաբար նվազեցնել իր ցանկությունների վերին շեմը, ինչն էլ մեր աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ, Հայաստանի իշխանություններն անում են, վկան վերջին երեք տարվա բոլոր գործողություններն են։

Թե ի՞նչ է գրված 9-րդ խմբագրության մեջ, որևէ մեկին հայտնի չէ, այդ թվում Հայաստանի ԱԳՆ-ում։ Արարատ Միրզոյանը շարունակում է չվստահել իր տեղակալներին և վարչության պետերին, և փաթեթը գրում է ընդամենը 2-3 հոգի՝ համաձայնեցնելով Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հետ։

Նույնիսկ Ադրբեջանից ստացվող առաջարկներն ԱԳՆ փոխնախարարաների, վարչության պետերի, դեսպանների հետ չի քննարկվում, և ընդհանրապես հայ-ադրբեջանական բանակցային պրոցեսի վերաբերյալ Միրզոյանը ձգտում է ընդհանրապես չտարածվել՝ հասկանալով դրա վտանգավոր հետևանքներն իրենց իսկ իշխանության համար։
