Եվրասիական զարգացման բանկը (ԵԱԶԲ) կարող էր և կցանկանար առաջիկա երեք տարիների ընթացքում ՝ 2024-2026 թվականներին, Հայաստանում ներդնել 500 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլար ընդհանուր գումարի նախագծեր։ Այդ մասին հունիսի 27-ին հայտարարել է Եվրասիական զարգացման բանկի ավագ կառավարիչ տնօրեն Դենիս Իլյինը՝ ԵԱԶԲ-ի տարեկան ժողովի և գործարար համաժողովի շրջանակներում ԱրմԻնֆո-ի և «Սպուտնիկ-Արմենիայի» թղթակիցների հետ զրույցում  Անդրադառնալով բանկի կողմից Հայաստանի վերաբերյալ երկրի ռազմավարության վերանայման հեռանկարներին:

"Սկզբունքորեն, 500 մլն դոլարի ծավալը Հայաստանի համար բացարձակապես իրացվելի է։ Հայաստանի համար տարեկան 150-200 մլն դոլարի ներդրումային ծրագրերն իրական են։ Դա, առաջին հերթին, էներգետիկայի ոլորտն է ՝ իր տարբեր ուղղություններով։ Քննարկվում է Հայկական ատոմային էներգետիկայի արդիականացման մեջ ներդրումներ կատարելու հարցը, Հայաստանի վարչապետը բազմիցս հայտարարել է այդ ուղղության առաջնահերթության մասին: Նոր կայանի կառուցումն առայժմ առավելապես նախագիծ է, բայց, այնուամենայնիվ .. Այսինքն ՝ նախագծեր կան", - ասել է նա, հավելելով, որ Հայաստանի Էկոնոմիկայի նախարարությունն արդեն դիմել է ԵԱԶԲ-ին՝ Հայկական ատոմակայանի արդիականացմանն աջակցության մասով։ Իլյինը հիշեցրել է նաև բանկի համագործակցությունը Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատի հետ և այլն:

 Ճշգրտող հարցին, թե որքանով է հավանական, որ Հայաստանի վերակողմնորոշումը դեպի Արևմուտք հանգեցնի երկրում բանկի նախագծերի սառեցմանը, Իլյինը կոչ է արել տարանջատել Եվրասիական զարգացման բանկն ու Եվրասիական տնտեսական միությունը: Նա հավելել է, որ բանկի ոչ մի փաստաթղթում խնդիր չկա աշխատել միայն ԵԱՏՄ անդամ երկրների հետ և նրա տարածքում: Նրա խոսքով ՝ դրա լավ օրինակն է Տաջիկստանը, ինչպես նաև՝ Ուզբեկստանը ։ "Այսինքն ՝ մեզ համար ԵԱՏՄ - ի շրջանակներում անդամագրվելը կամ աշխատելը բոնուս է, բայց դա մեզ համար պարտադիր պայման չէ ։ Այսինքն, քանի դեռ Հայաստանը ԵԱԶԲ-ի բաժնետեր է, բանկը կաշխատի նրա հետ", - ամփոփել է Իլյինը։
