«Նաիրիտ Գործարան» ՓԲԸ-ն պաշտոնական հայտարարությամբ է հանդես եկել, որով տեղեկացնում է աշխատողների հնարավոր կրճատումների ու կուտակված պարտքերը վճարելու մասին։
«Հնարավոր կրճատումների և աշխատավարձի մասով պարտքերի մարման հետ կապված տարակարծություններից խուսափելու և կոլեկտիվին ու հանրությանը «Նաիրիտ Գործարան» ՓԲԸ դիրքորոշումը ներկայացնելու նպատակով`
ՀԱՅՏԱՐԱՐՈՒՄ ԵՆՔ.
1. աշխատողների հնարավոր կրճատումներն արվում են ձեռնարկության ծախսերի օպտիմալացման ու հետագա պարտքերի կուտակումը կանխելու նպատակով:
2. Աշխատողների թվաքանակի հնարավոր կրճատման դեպքում «Նաիրիտ Գործարան» ՓԲԸ գործելու է բացառապես գործող` ՀՀ օրենսդրության սահմաններում, այն է`
• ոչ ուշ, քան երկու ամիս առաջ, մինչև հնարավոր կրճատման օրը, աշխատողները գրավոր կծանուցվեն այդ մասին,
• «Նաիրիտ Գործարան» ՓԲԸ աշխատակիցներից յուրաքանչյուրի հետ, համաձայն ՀՀ աշխատանքային օրենսգրքին կկատարվի վերջնահաշվարկ (այդ թվում` աշխատավարձի գծով պարտքերի և դրան հավասարեցված այլ վճարումների մասով):
(Հոդված 130. Աշխատողի հետ վերջնահաշվարկի կարգը.
1. Աշխատանքային պայմանագիրը լուծելու դեպքում գործատուն պարտավոր է աշխատողի հետ կատարել լրիվ վերջնահաշվարկ աշխատանքային պայմանագրի լուծման օրը, եթե սույն օրենսգրքով, օրենքով կամ գործատուի և աշխատողի համաձայնությամբ վերջնահաշվարկի այլ կարգ նախատեսված չէ:
2.Ոչ ոք և երբևէ չի հայտարարել, որ «Նաիրիտ Գործարան» ՓԲԸ աշխատողներին չեն վճարվի աշխատավարձի մասով կուտակված պարտքերը:
3. «Նաիրիտ Գործարան» ՓԲ ընկերությունը նոր պայմանագրեր կկնքի ձեռնարկության շուրջ 500 աշխատողների հետ: Նոր աշխատանքային պայմանագրերը կկնքվեն բացառապես «Նաիրիտ Գործարան» ՓԲԸ ներկայիս աշխատակիցների հետ:
4. Համաձայն ՀՀ Էներգետիկայի և բնական պաշարների նախարարի հայտարարության` 2014թ-ի դեկտեմբերին «Նաիրիտ Գործարան» ՓԲԸ աշխատակիցներին կվճարվի մեկ ամսվա աշխատավարձ»:
