Ucom-ի գլխավոր տնօրեն Ռալֆ Յիրիկյանը ելույթ է ունեցել «Հմտությունների լաբ»-ի մասնակիցների համար

Հայկական բարեգործական ընդհանուր միության «Սովորի՛ր և վաստակի՛ր․ Արցախ» ծրագիրը գործարկեց իր «Հմտությունների լաբ» նախաձեռնությունը, որի առաջին հյուրը Ucom ընկերության գլխավոր տնօրեն Ռալֆ Յիրիկյանն էր։

«Հմտությունների լաբը» մոտիվացնող հանդիպումների ու բաց զրույցների հարթակ է, որի նպատակն է հնարավորություն ստեղծել արցախցի մեր հայրենակիցների համար ծանոթանալու Հայաստանում տարբեր ոլորտներում հաջողության հասնելու բանաձևին՝ ապահովելով մասնակիցների համար անկաշկանդ միջավայր։

Օգոստոսի 7-ին կայացած առաջին հանդիպմանը մասնակցում էին  ՀԲԸՄ Հայաստանի նախագահ Վազգեն Յակուբյանը, գործադիր տնօրեն Մարինա Մխիթարյանը և HEKS/EPER կազմակերպության Հարավ կովկասյան գրասենյակի ներկայացուցիչ Աննա Սարգսյանը: 

«Մեր այս նախաձեռնությունների հիմքում ընկած է փախստականի դժվար ճանապարհ անցած մարդկանց օգնելու, ոտքի կանգնեցնելու նպատակը։ Մեզ համար կարևոր է, որ արցախցիները երկարաժամկետ նպատակներ սահմանեն Հայաստանում իրենց կեցությունն ապահովելու համար, որ յուրաքանչյուրն իրեն վստահ զգա, իր գիտելիքները լիարժեք ներդնի Հայրենիքում թե՛ մասնագիտական գործունեության մեջ և թե՛ համայնքում, հասարակական կյանքում», - ասել է ՀԲԸՄ գործադիր տնօրեն Մարինա Մխիթարյանը։

Արցախցիներին մտահոգող հիմնական խնդիրները վերաբերում էին իրենց զբաղվածությանը, ՀՀ շուկայում ներգրավվածությանը և համայնքային արժեքների պահպանմանը։

Ռալֆ Յիրիկյանի ավելի քան 30-ամյա գործունեությունը, նրա նորարարական մոտեցումները, ակադեմիական ու գործարար լսարանների հետ շփման մեծ փորձառությունը վստահաբար օգտակար էին արցախցի մեր հայրենակիցների համար։ 

«Կյանքն ու կարիերան զրոյից սկսելը հեշտ գործ չէ, դա մեծ աշխատանք ու նվիրվածություն է պահանջում անձից։ Բայց այսօրվա արագ փոփոխվող աշխարհում դա ծայրահեղ անհրաժեշտ հմտություն է բոլորի համար։ Այդ բարդ գործը հեշտացնելու համար այսօր կան շատ թվային գործիքներ, որոնք կարող են բազմապատկել ցանկացած գործողության արդյունավետությունը», - նշել է Ucom ընկերության գլխավոր տնօրեն Ռալֆ Յիրիկյանը։

Մասնակիցները հնարավորություն ունեցան հարցեր ուղղել հյուրին, խոսեցին Հայաստանում գործատու-աշխատակից հարաբերությունների առանձնահատկությունների մասին։

Նախաձեռնությունը ՀԲԸՄ-ն իրականացնում է «Լեռնային Ղարաբաղի փախստականների մարդասիրական օգնություն և ներգրավում» ծրագրի («Սովորի՛ր և վաստակի՛ր․ Արցախ») շրջանակում՝ HEKS/EPER կազմակերպության ֆինանսավորմամբ, «Շեն» ԲՀԿ-ի և «Սյունիք-Զարգացում» համայնքային ՀԿ-ի հետ համատեղ։
