Հայաստանին վերաբերող հարցերն ամբողջ աշխարհն է քննարկում՝ առանց Հայաստանի ներկայության․ հերթական դատական նիստին լրագրողների հետ ճեպազրույցում հայտարարեց ՀՀԿ փոխնախագահ Արմեն Աշոտյանը՝ անդրադառնալով Պուտին-Ալիև քննարկմանը։

«Վատ է, որ ՀՀ-ի ռազմավարական դաշնակիցը Բաքվում է քննարկում, բայց վատը նրա մեջ է, որ Հայաստանը հասցրել է այդ վիճակին՝ իրավիճակն այնպիսին է, որ հայ-ռուսական հարաբերություններն այլևս այնպես անդառնալի են փչացած, որ երկու կողմի պաշտոնյանները կարող են իրենց հաշիվ չտալ, թե որտեղ ինչ են խոսում»,-ասաց Աշոտյանը։  

Անդրադառնալով Բելառուսի նախագահ Լուկաշենկոյի հայտարարությանը, թե Հայաստանը փախչելու տեղ չունի, Աշոտյանը նշեց. «Լուկաշենկոն, երբ Նիկոլին գովում էր, և Նիկոլն ընկնում էր օրգազմի մեջ, պետք  է այն ժամանակ մտածեր, թե ինչ գին է վճարելու Նիկոլը, երբ Լուկաշենկոն հանկարծ սկսում է իրեն գովալ»։

Ինչ վերաբերում է ՀՀ անվտանգային հարցերին՝ Աշոտյանը նշեց. «Հայաստանի անվտանգային հարցերի հետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը չունի ոչ մի  հայտարար»։
