«ԼՈՒՅՍ» հիմնադրամը վերլուծել է ՀՀ տնտեսության սոցիալ-տնտեսական զարգացումները 2024թ. հունվար-հուլիս ամիսներին։

Այսպես՝

  • ՀՀ տնտեսական ակտիվության աճն աստիճանաբար դանդաղում է, քանի որ դրա բարձր տեմպերն ընթացիկ տարում ապահովվում էին հիմնականում ոսկերչական ապրանքների վերաարտահանման գործունեությամբ, որի ծավալները կտրուկ նվազել են: Տնտեսության մյուս ճյուղերում նույնպես նկատվում է աճի տեմպի դանդաղում, ինչը հուշում է, որ մինչև տարեվերջ տնտեսական ակտիվության ցուցանիշը (ՏԱՑ-ը) կշարունակի ունենալ դանդաղման միտում: Հուլիսին ՏԱՑ-ը կազմել է 6.2%` հունիսի նկատմամբ դանդաղելով 0.8 տոկոսային կետով՝ պայմանավորված գրեթե բոլոր ճյուղերում աճերի դանդաղմամբ: Հունվար-հուլիս ամիսների ՏԱՑ-ը կազմել է 9.6%` հունվար-հունիսի համեմատ դանդաղելով 0.8 տոկոսային կետով:
  • Արտահանման ցուցանիշները նույնպես մտահոգության տեղիք են տալիս: Առանց վերը նշված ոսկերչական գործունեության («թանկարժեք և կիսաթանկարժեք քարեր, թանկարժեք մետաղներ և դրանցից իրեր» ապրանքախմբի) ընդհանուր արտահանումն անկում է ապրել 11.9%-ով: Սա վկայում է այն մասին, որ վերջին տարիների շոկերի արդյունքում գրանցված բարձր աճերը քողարկել են տնտեսությունում առկա խորքային խնդիրների զարգացումը, մասնավորապես՝ արտահանելի հատվածում ներուժի կորուստը:
  • Պետական բյուջեի ցուցանիշները ևս վատթարանում են: Պետական բյուջեն հունվար-հուլիս ամիսներին եղել է պակասուրդային, ընդ որում պակասուրդի չափը կազմել է 58.0 մլրդ դրամ, այն դեպքում, երբ նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածում բյուջեն եղել է հավելուրդային: Սակայն խնդիրը ոչ այնքան պակասուրդի ձևավորումն է (քանի որ պետական բյուջեի պլանով նախատեսված է ունենալ պակասուրդ), այլ այն, որ բյուջեի ծախսերի աճը էականորեն գերազանցում է հարկային եկամուտների աճին: Նման աճերի շարունակությունը կհանգեցնի տարեվերջին պլանավորվածից էապես ավելի մեծ պակասուրդի ձևավորմանը:
  • Վարկերի աճի տեմպը և կառուցվածքը նույնպես արժանի են ուշադրության: 2024թ. բանկերը հիմնականում իրենց ակտիվներն ուղղում են սպառողական և հիպոթեքային վարկավորմանը, ինչը բնականաբար մտահոգիչ է ներկա տնտեսական զարգացումների պայմաններում, քանի որ այդ վարկերի ծավալներն աճում են շատ ավելի արագ, քան տնտեսական աճը, աշխատավարձերի աճը, դրամական փոխանցումների աճը և այլն: Ավելին, արդյունաբերության ոլորտում վարկերի ծավալները նվազում են, ինչը խոսում է տնտեսական ներուժի վերականգնման համար քայլերի բացակայության մասին: Այս ամենը հաշվի առնելով՝ տնային տնտեսությունների պարտքային պարտավորությունների աճը կարող է միջնաժամկետում էական խնդիրներ առաջացնել:
