Լարսի անցակետում հայկական բեռնատարների կուտակումներ չկան, իրավիճակն ամբողջությամբ թեթևացած է: Ամիսներ շարունակ Վերին Լարսի անցակետում հազարավոր մեքենաներ և բեռնատարներ օրեր են անցկացրել, մինչև կարողացել են հատել սահմանը։ Ռազմավիրական ճանապարհը միակ գործող ցամաքային երթուղին է, որը Հայաստանը կապում է Ռուսաստանի հետ (Վրաստանի տարածքով): Այդ ճանապարհը կենսական ահռելի նշանակություն ունի թե՛ Հայաստանի տնտեսության, թե՛ անվտանգության ապահովման համար։

Պարբերաբար ձմռանը, ապա և գյուղատնտեսական ու զբոսաշրջային սեզոններին անցակետը, օբյեկտիվ և սուբյեկտիվ գործոններով պայմանավորված, բարդ անցանելի է դառնում։ Հուլիսի վերջին Վերին Լարսի անցակետի մոտ ավելի քան 2700 բեռնատար էր կուտակվել, և այդ բեռնատարներից մոտ հազարը հայկական համարանիշներով էին։ Արդեն օգոստոսի կեսերին իրավիճակն ավելի էր խորացել, անցակետում կուտակված 4800 բեռնատարներից հայկական էին ավելի քան 1500-ը։

Միայն վերջին օրերին է, որ անցակետը թեթևացել է, կուտակումներ, ըստ Ռուսաստանում ՀՀ դեսպանությանը կից մաքսային կցորդի, բացարձակ չկան, իսկ անցակետն աշխատում է սովորական, բնականոն ռիթմով։ Թե վրացական, թե ռուսական կողմից հայկական բեռնատարներ չկան կանգնած, վատագույն դեպքում էլ անցակետը հատող բեռնատարները կարող են մի քանի ժամ անցկացնել՝ նախկին օրերի ու շաբաթների փոխարեն։

Այս ամենով հանդերձ, հարկ է նշել, որ Հայաստանի բնակչությունը, հատկապես գյուղատնտեսական ապրանքներ արտադրող ֆերմերները, սնունդ գնողները, նաև արտերկրից կենսական ապրանքների սպասող մարդիկ սուր ճգնաժամային իրավիճակների չեն բախվել։ Հարկ է արժանին մատուցել, օրինակ, «Սպայկա» ընկերությանը, որը մեկ օր անգամ չի դադարեցրել ապրանքների արտահանումն ու ներմուծումը։ Ընկերությունն իր ծախսերի ավելացման, աշխատակիցների, վարորդների նյարդերի ու համբերատարության հաշվին կարողացել է ապահովել թե՛ գյուղատնտեսական ապրանքների անխափան արտահանումը ՌԴ, թե՛ ներմուծումը դեպի Հայաստան։ Այդ գործում, իհարկե, առանցքային նշանակություն ունի «Սպայկա»-ի փորձը, տարիներով մշակված բիզնես կապերը, գործընկերների նկատմամբ հարգանքը, պատասխանատվությունը սեփական երկրի ու աշխատանքի հանդեպ։
