Քաղաքական-հասարակական գործիչ, «Համախմբում» շարժման խորհրդի անդամ Ավետիք Չալաբյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրում է.

Երեկ Երևանում կայացավ «Գութան» հոբելյանական 10-րդ փառատոնը: Փառատոնի նպատակը հայկական ավանդական երգի ու պարի զարգացումն ու տարածումն է, մեր հրաշալի այս ժառանգությունը հանրահռչակելը և իր լավագույն ձևով հանրությանը ներկայացնելը:

Երեկվա փառատոնին մասնակցում էին տասնյակից ավել երաժշտական և պարային խմբեր, և հազարավոր հանդիսատեսներ, որոնցից շատերին ես ճանաչում եմ նաև համատեղ պայքարի օրերից: Մի անգամ Չերչիլն է ասել, որ Բրիտանիան ռազմի դաշտում մարտնչում է իր մշակույթի համար, և երեկ էլ Գութան փառատոնում թևածում էր այդ ոգին՝ այնտեղ էր մեր պայքարող տեսակը, որը երգով, պարով, խոսքով և իր ներկայությամբ ցույց է տալիս, որ թեկուզ պարտված, այն չի հանձնվում, և իրար թև թևի տված, պատրաստվում է ապագա հաղթանակներին:

Այս հրաշալի փառատոնի հեղինակը արվեստագետ և երգիչ Արսեն Գրիգորյանն է, որն անցած տաս տարիների ընթացքում կայացրել է այն, ամեն տարի հանդես է գալիս նոր մտահղացումներով, և իր սիրով, նվիրումով և հետևողականությամբ հազարավոր մարդկանց համախմբում է փառատոնի շուրջ: Արսենի հետ բախտ ունեմ լինելու պայքարի ընկեր, և ցանկանում եմ իմ խորին շնորհակալությունը հայտնել նրան՝ և Գութանի, և այն ամենի համար, որ նա անում է, որ մենք ազգ մնանք, չհանձնվենք այսօր, և նորից հաղթենք ապագայում:
