«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Այս ուսումնական տարին ևս սկսվեց դասագրքերի հետ կապված քաոսով: Բացի որոշ դասագրքերի բացակայության հանգամանքից, մենք ստանում ենք նաև այլ դժգոհություններ: Մասնավորաբար, օրերս տեղեկություններ ենք ստացել, որ դպրոցներում 8-րդ դասարանի աշակերտներին բաժանել են «Կերպարվեստ» առարկայի դասագրքեր, ապա դրանք հետ են հավաքել և տրամադրել «Արվեստ» առարկայի դասագրքեր:

«Փաստը» գրավոր հարցմամբ դիմել էր ԿԳՄՍ՝ խնդրելով պարզաբանել, թե արդյո՞ք ընդհանրապես հետ է կանչվել «Կերպարվեստ» դասագիրքը: Նախարարությունից մեր հարցմանը պատասխանել են. «Համաձայն հանրակրթության պետական չափորոշչի՝ «Արվեստ և արհեստ» բնագավառի շրջանակում դպրոցները հնարավորություն ունեն 8-րդ դասարանի ուսումնական պլանում ընդգրկել «Արվեստ» կամ «Կերպարվեստ» և «Երաժշտություն» առարկաները՝ սեփական ընտրությամբ: Նշված առարկաների դասագրքերը ՀՀ կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և սպորտի նախարարի համապատասխան հրամաններով երաշխավորվել են գործածության, տպագրվել և բաշխվել են հանրակրթական ուսումնական հաստատություններին»:

Միայն թե այդպես էլ անհասկանալի է մնում՝ ի՞նչ իմաստ ուներ առանձին «Կերպարվեստ» կամ «Երաժշտություն» դասագրքեր հրատարակել, ինչո՞ւ պետք է աշակերտները ծանոթանան արվեստի միայն այդ ճյուղերի հետ, առավել ևս, եթե հրատարակվել է նաև «Արվեստ» դասագիրքը, որն ավելի ընդգրկուն պատկերացում է տալիս արվեստի բոլոր բնագավառների մասին: Ընդ որում, մինչև 7-րդ դասարանը ներառյալ աշակերտներն անցնում են «Երգ-երաժշտություն» առարկան: Չնայած նախարարությունից նշում են, որ դպրոցները հնարավորություն ունեն ընտրել այդ գրքերի միջև, մենք ունենք տեղեկություններ, որ դպրոցների մեծ մասում դասավանդվում է հենց «Արվեստ» առարկան: Այսինքն, «Կերպարվեստ» դասագրքի վրա (նույնը կարելի է ասել նաև «Երաժշտություն» դասագրքի մասին) իզուր ծախս է արվել: Տպավորություն է, որ «կեսից» վերջապես հասկացել են, որ անիմաստ է արվեստի առանձին ճյուղ ընդգրկող դասագիրք ունենալ, բայց դրանք արդեն հրատարակված են եղել, ու միակ ելքը մնացել է դպրոցների «ընտրելու» տարբերակը: Իսկ եթե իսկապես «այլընտրանքային» գրքեր են հրատարակվել՝ այդքան ծախս կատարելով, ապա նման որոշումը, շատ մեղմ ասած, զարմանքի տեղիք է տալիս:
