Շահութահարկի արտոնության տրամադրմանը մինչև 2040 թվականը։
 
Խնդրի լուծումը նպաստելու է գյուղատնտեսության ոլորտի զարգացմանը, նոր ներդրումների ներգրավմանը, սննդի արդյունաբերության զարգացմանը։
 
Խնդրի չկարգավորումը հանգեցնելու է գյուղատնտեսական մթերքների և սննդի արդյունաբերական արտադրանքի գնաճի, գյուղմթերքի տեղական արտադրության կրճատման, գյուղմթերքի ներկրման ծավալների ավելացման, սննդի արդյունաբերության կրճատման և նշված ոլորտներում աշխատատեղերի կրճատման։
