Ucom ընկերությունը հրապարակել է 2023 թ-ի ֆինանսական արդյունքների աուդիտորական հաշվետվությունը

Ucom ընկերությունը հրապարակել է արտաքին աուդիտի արդյունքում հաստատված 2023 թ-ն ամփոփող ֆինանսական արդյունքները։ 

2023 թ-ի արդյունքով ընկերության հասույթը կազմել է ավելի քան 38 մլրդ դրամ` նախորդ տարվա համեմատությամբ գրանցելով 5,7% աճ: Ընդ որում, աճը գրանցվել է ինչպես ֆիքսված ինտերնետի (+12,3% աճ՝ 2022-ի նկատմամբ), այնպես էլ շարժական կապի ծառայությունների գծով (+13,5% աճ՝ 2022-ի նկատմամբ)։ Եկամուտների աճը պայմանավորված է բաժանորդային բազայի աճով թե՛ ֆիքսված, թե՛ շարժական կապի սեգմենտներում, ինչին նպաստել է ֆիքսված ցանցի ընդլայնումը դեպի մարզեր, շարժական ու ֆիքսված ցանցի շարունակական արդիականացումը, ինչպես նաև կոնվերգենտ ծառայությունների մշտական բարելավումը։ 

Ընկերության գործառնական գործունեության արդյունքը զգալիորեն բարելավվել է՝ հասնելով 11,9 մլրդ դրամի՝ 2022-ի 1,3 մլրդ դրամից, իսկ զուտ շահույթը կազմել է 5,6 մլրդ դրամ` 2022-ի 4,3 մլրդ-ի փոխարեն, ինչը վկայում է նաև եկամուտների աճին զուգահեռ ծախսերի կառավարման արդյունավետության աճի մասին։  

Ընկերության ընդհանուր ակտիվները աճել են 30,5%-ով՝ հասնելով 113,1 մլրդ ՀՀ դրամի՝ 2022 թվականի 86,6 մլրդ դրամից։ Ակտիվների աճը փաստում է այդ թվում Ucom-ի ռազմավարական ներդրումների աճի մասին, որոնք ուղղված են տեխնոլոգիական ենթակառուցվածքների բարելավմանն ու ցանցի շարունակական ընդլայնմանը։

Սեփական կապիտալը կազմել է շուրջ 16 մլրդ դրամ՝ նախորդ տարվա 10,5 մլրդ-ի համեմատ։ 

«Անցած տարի մենք սկսել ենք մեծ ներդրումներ անել ցանցի որակի բարելավման և ընդլայնման մեջ` առաջ շարժվելով դեպի թվային տրանսֆորմացիա, և հիմա տեսնում ենք այդ որոշման դրական արդյունքները։ Իհարկե, մեր հիմնական նպատակը, որպես հաճախորդամետ ընկերություն, բաժանորդների կարիքները բավարարելն է, նրանց լավագույն ծառայություններն ու թվային փորձառություն մատուցելն է։ Բայց մենք նաև շատ ենք կարևորում ընկերության արդյունավետ կառավարումն ու  լավագույն ստանդարտներին համապատասխանությունը», - նշել է Ucom ընկերության գլխավոր տնօրեն Ռալֆ Յիրիկյանը։
