Huazhong Գիտության և տեխնոլոգիայի համալսարանը (Չինաստան) ամբողջովին պերովսկիտային տանդեմ արևային մարտկոցի համար հասել է էներգիայի փոխակերպման ռեկորդային արդյունավետության՝ 28,49 %-ի: Այս մասին գրում է Interestingengineering.com-ը, գրում է focus.ua-ն։

Հետազոտողները պերովսկիտի վերին շերտում թերությունները նվազեցնելու համար մշակել են մակերևույթի վերակառուցման մեթոդ՝ անագ կապարային (Pb-Sn) շերտով լայն արգելակման գոտի: Բանն այն է, որ պերովսկիտային նյութերի թերությունները կարող են հանգեցնել էներգիայի ոչ ճառագայթային կորստի, ինչը նվազեցնում է արևային մարտկոցի ընդհանուր արդյունավետությունը: Օգտագործելով 1,4-բուտանեդիամինը (BDA) և էթիլենդիամոնիումի դիոդիդը (EDAI2) որպես մակերևույթի մոդիֆիկատորներ, նրանք կարողացել են ստեղծել բարձրորակ Sn-Pb խառը պերովսկիտային թաղանթներ և նվազեցրել թերությունները: Դա հանգեցրել է կրիչի փոխադրման բարելավմանը և էներգիայի կորուստների նվազեցմանը պերովսկիտի և էլեկտրոնների տեղափոխման շերտում:

Հետազոտողները 0,0871 սմ2 մակերեսով արևային մարտկոց են ստեղծել։ Այն ներառել է մշակված Sn-Pb պերովսկիտ՝ որպես լույս կլանող շերտ։ Բացի այդ, այն ունեցել է էլեկտրոնների տեղափոխման շերտ՝ պատրաստված buckminsterfullerene-ից (C60) և ոսկուց մետաղական կոնտակտ: Այդ օպտիմիզացված սարքը հասել է 28,80 % էներգիայի փոխակերպման արդյունավետության, 2,13 Վ տպավորիչ լարման, 16,06 մԱ սմ2-ում հոսանքի խտության  և աշխատանքային ցիկլի 84,19 % արդյունավետություն։ Այդ արդյունքներն ապացուցել են մակերևույթի վերակառուցման ռազմավարության արդյունավետությունն արևային բջիջների ընդհանուր աշխատանքի բարելավման գործում:

Իրենց մոտեցման կիրառելիությունը հետագայում ցուցադրելու համար հետազոտողներն ընդլայնել են արտադրության գործընթացն արդեն մոդուլային մակարդակի սարք ստեղծելով: «Մենք նաև փորձարկեցինք մակերեսի վերակառուցման արդյունավետությունը մոդուլային մակարդակի սարքերում և ստացանք 23,39 % ռեկորդային էներգիայի փոխակերպման արդյունավետություն 11,3 սմ2 բացվածքով», - նշել են գիտնականները: Բացի դա այդ նորագույն տանդեմային բջիջները ցույց են տվել ուշագրավ կայունություն: Նրանք պահպանել են իրենց սկզբնական արդյունավետության 79,7 %-ը 550 ժամ շարունակական աշխատանքից հետո: Նման կայունությունը չափազանց կարևոր է պերովսկիտային արևային բջիջների առևտրայնացման համար:
