Ադրբեջանը հայտարարում է ամենաբարձր մակարդակով, որ ուժի կիրառման հարցը շարունակում է մնալ իր օրակարգում. ԱԺ ճեպազրույցների ժամին հայտարարեց «Պատիվ ունեմ» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Տիգրան Աբրահամյանը՝ արձանագրելով, որ Ադրբեջանը մեծ ծավալի սպառազինություն է գնում։

Աբրահամյանը նշեց, որ խաղաղության պայմանագրի շրջանակներում, երբ արձանագրվում է որևէ պայմանավորվածություն, դրանք փաստաթղթային տեսք են ստանում, սակայն Ադրբեջանը ոչ միայն իր պարտավորությունը չի կատարում, այլև հանդես է գալիս նոր սպառնալիքներով ու պահանջներով։

Վտանգավոր ուղղություններից ՀՀ-ին ուղղված ապառազմականացման դրույթն է, որն Ադրբեջանը բերում և տեղավորում է ակտիվ օրակագրի շրջանում։ Երկրորդը՝ ադրբեջանցիների, այսպես կոչված, Հայաստան վերադարձի մոտեցումն է։ «Ադրբեջանը դրանով ոչ միայն փորձում է փակել արցախցիների Արցախ վերադարձի ճանապարհը՝ ցույց տալով, թե դրանք մեկ հարթության մեջ են, այլ նաև պարտադրել, որ դրույթի չիրականացման դեպքում այլ պայմաններ իրացվեն»,-ասաց նա և նշեց, որ նաև անհետ կորածների հարցն է առաջ տանում, իբրև թե ՀՀ-ն առաջին պատերազմին զոհերի տվյալները թաքցրել է։

«Այս պահին ՀՀ իշխանություններն առավելագույնը փորձում են զիջողականություն դրսևորել, բավարարել պահանջները, բայց իրականությունը ցույց է տալիս, որ Ադրբեջանը եղած ցանկով չի սահմանափակվում և հանդես է գալիս նոր նախապայմաններով, ինչը ուղեկցվում է շանտաժի և սպառնալիքների մոտեցմամբ»,-ասաց նա։
