Չինաստանն առաջ է անցնում ԱՄՆ-ից արևային էներգետիկայի զարգացման մեջ: Սա մեծ մտահոգություն է առաջացրել Սպիտակ տան կողմից, քանի որ ամերիկյան արտադրողները չեն կարողանում մրցակցել չինական արտադրողների հետ։ Վերականգնվող էներգետիկայի ոլորտը հայտնվել է ագրեսիվ աշխարհաքաղաքական մրցակցության միջև, հիմնականում՝ ԱՄՆ-Չինաստան առևտրային պատերազմի պատճառով։ Չինաստանի արագ աճը վերականգնվող էներգետիկայի ոլորտում հիացնում է։ 2023 թ․-ին երկիրն ավելացրել է ավելի շատ խոշոր արևային էներգետիկա, քան որևէ այլ երկիր՝ հասնելով 1,120 ԳՎտ ընդհանուր հզորության 2024 թ.-ին։

Կառավարությունն աջակցել է դրամաշնորհներ, ներդրումներ խոշոր նախաձեռնություններում, և նպատակն է վերահսկել միջազգային մատակարարման շղթաները մաքուր էներգետիկայի տեխնոլոգիաների համար: Այժմ Չինաստանն ապահովում է համաշխարհային արևային էներգետիկայի 80 %-ից ավելին, հասնելով ոչ միայն ֆինանսական կարողությունների, այլև ցուցաբերելով հաջողություններ պետական ռազմավարությունների մեջ, ներառյալ «ագրեսիվ» վերարտադրությունը և արդյունավետ էներգիայի պահպանումը:

ԱՄՆ-ը ձգտում է վերահսկել վերականգնվող էներգիայի փոխակերպումն աշխարհում՝ միաժամանակ պաշտպանելով իր ներքին հատվածը: Նախագահ Ջո Բայդենի վարչակազմն աջակցում է հավասարակշռմանը՝ հանդես գալով էժան մաքուր էներգիայի օգտին՝ ամերիկյան շուկա ներմուծելով էժան չինական արևային պանելներ, պահպանելով աշխատատեղերն ԱՄՆ-ում և ներդրումներ կատարելով արդյունաբերության մեջ: Մեդիան նշում է, որ ամերիկյան «արևային» արշավների ձախողումը չինական մրցակցության ծանրության տակ կարող է նշանակել արևային էներգետիկայի զարգացման հնարավորության կորուստ ԱՄՆ-ում:
