ՀՀՄ կուսակցությունը հանցանքի մասին հաղորդում է ներկայացրել ՀՀ Գլխավոր դատախազություն և ՀՀ Հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտե

«Հայոց Համազգային Միասնություն» կուսակցության Գործադիր մարմնի անդամ Արմինե Սիմոնյանը, ՀՀՄ երիտասարդական միության անդամ Նանե Բաղդասարյանը ոստիկանների ապօրինի գործողությունների մասին հաղորդում են ներկայացրել ՀՀ գլխավոր դատախազություն և ՀՀ Հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտե։

Հիշեցնենք՝ հոկտեմբերի 18-ին` 23:15-ի սահմաններում, քաղաքացիական հագուստով անձինք՝ պարեկային ծառայության ուղեկցությամբ, առանց որևէ հիմնավորման կանգնեցրել են «Հայոց Համազգային Միասնություն» կուսակցության անդամների մեքենան, ինչից հետո ՀՀՄ փոխնախագահ Արարատ Ավետիսյանը, ԳՄ անդամներ Հայկ Ստեփանյանը և Արմինե Սիմոնյանը, ինչպես նաև կուսակցության երիտասարդական միության այլ անդամներ բռնի ուժով բերման են ենթարկվել ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության Երևանի Շենգավիթի բաժին:
Ընդհանուր առմամբ ձերբակալվել է կուսակցության 8 անդամ, նրանցից 3-ը՝ երիտասարդ աղջիկներ:

 Բռնի ուժի կիրառմամբ՝ անհիմն ձերբակալված ՀՀՄ կուսակցության 8 անդամները ողջ գիշեր Շենգավիթի բաժնում պահվելուց հետո ազատ են արձակվել:
Ոստիկանության կողմից ներկայացված որևէ կասկած չի հիմնավորվել։

Բուժզննման արդյունքում Արմինե Սիմոնյանի  մոտ ախտորոշվել է կապանաջլային վնասվածք ձախ ուսի հատվածում, հնարավոր է պատռվածքով, որն առաջացել է ոստիկանության ծառայողի կողմից բռնի ուժի կիրառմամբ բաժին բերման ենթարկելու ընթացքում։

Նանե Բաղդասարյանը վնասվածքներ է ստացել դաստակի և ուսի հատվածներում։ Ոստիկանների գործողություններից  տուժել են նաև ՀՀՄ երիտասարդական միության այլ անդամներ։
