Դատախազը 2024 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 31-ին հաստատել է Արագածոտնի մարզում սպանության փորձ կատարած անձի վերաբերյալ մեղադրական եզրակացությունը և վարույթի նյութերը հանձնել Արագածոտնի մարզի առաջին ատյանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարան:

Քրեական վարույթով պարզվել է, որ Բ.Ե.-ն, մեկ տարի ժամկետով զրկված լինելով տրանսպորտային միջոցներ վարելու իրավունքից, 2024 թվականի հուլիսի 12-ին՝ ժամը 01։20-ի սահմաններում, Եղվարդ-Աշտարակ ավտոճանապարհին ավտոմեքենան վարելիս, Նոր Երզնկա բնակավայրի վարչական տարածքի մոտ հարկադրաբար կանգնեցրել է իրեն վազանցող Մ.Մ.-ի վարած ավտոմեքենան: Բ.Ե.-ն իջել է ավտոմեքենայից, վիճաբանել է Մ.Մ.-ի հետ, հարվածել վերջինիս ավտոմեքենային, Մ.Մ.-ի ավտոմեքենայում գտնվող երկու ուղևորների նկատմամբ ցուցաբերել է անհարգալից վերաբերմունք, հայհոյել է, հարվածել է Մ.Մ.-ի դեմքին: Այնուհետև, Բ.Ե.-ն, նստելով իր ավտոմեքենան, հեռացել է նշված վայրից, սակայն, որոշ հեռավորություն անցնելուց հետո, ավտոմեքենան կայանելով հորիզոնական դիրքով, փակել է Մ.Մ.-ի ճանապարհը, մոտեցել նրան և իր ձեռքում եղած դանակով հարվածել Մ.Մ.-ի կրծքավանդակին՝ վերջինիս առողջությանը պատճառելով ծանր վնաս:

Մ.Մ.-ն, վնասվածքը ստանալուց անմիջապես հետո, մեքենայով շրջանցել է ավտոճանապարհի երթևեկելի մասը փակած Բ.Ե.-ի ավտոմեքենան և հեռացել դեպքի վայրից: Բ.Ե.-ն մինչև Աշտարակ քաղաքի սկզբնամասը հետապնդել է Մ.Մ.-ին, սակայն, չկարողանալով կանգնեցնել նրան ու ավարտին հասցնել հանցագործությունը, փոխել է ճանապարհը, իսկ Մ.Մ.-ն բուժօգնություն ստանալու նպատակով դիմել է «Աշտարակ» բժշկական կենտրոն:

Դատախազը 2024 թվականի սեպտեմբերի 10-ին Բ.Ե.-ի նկատմամբ հարուցել է հանրային քրեական հետապնդում՝ Քրեական օրենսգրքի 44-155-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 12-րդ կետով (խուլիգանական դրդումներով սպանության փորձը) և 344-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասով (տրանսպորտային միջոցներ վարելու իրավունքից զրկված անձի կողմից տրանսպորտային միջոց վարելը):

2024 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 31-ին հաստատված մեղադրական եզրակացությունը վարույթի նյութերի հետ հանձնվել է իրավասու դատարան:

Մեղադրյալ Բ.Ե.-ի նկատմամբ որպես խափանման միջոց կիրառված է կալանքը:

Ծանուցում. հանցագործության համար մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրա մեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ Քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանված կարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
