«Ագարակ» մաքսային անցման կետի տարածքում՝ մարդատար ավտոմեքենաների համար նախատեսված ռենտգեն սարքավորման ետնամասում՝ պետական սահմանին կից, հայտնաբերվել են  առանց ակցիզային մակնշման ծխախոտների 29 արկղ, որոնց մեջ առկա են եղել 14500 տուփ «VAN», «Marlboro Nano», «Marlboro», «LAMER», «Wisdom» գրառմամբ ծխախոտներ:

Ինչպես տեղեկանում ենք Հայաստանի պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեի տարածած հաղորդագրությունից, պարզվել է, որ հայտնաբերված ծխախոտի խմբաքանակը, հնարավոր է՝ պատկանում է ՀՀ քաղաքացի Ա․Ա․-ին։

«Պարզվել է, որ վերջինս, օրերս, իր կողմից վարած բեռնատար ավտոմեքենայով  ԻԻՀ-ից ՀՀ է տեղափոխել նշված ծխախոտները:  Քաղաքացին  14500 տուփ ծխախոտը դատարկել և թաքցրել է Հայաստանի պետական սահմանի մոտ՝ նպատակ ունենալով շրջանցել մաքսային հսկողությունը և դրանք տեղափոխել ՀՀ պետական սահմանով, ինչի վերաբերյալ նա  տվել է հայտարարություն»,- նշված է հաղորդագրության մեջ:

Դեպքի առթիվ կազմվել է մաքսային կանոնների խախտման վերաբերյալ արձանագրություն և մնացած փաստաթղթերի հետ ներկայացվել է ՀՀ ՊԵԿ իրավաբանական վարչություն՝ հետագա ընթացքն ապահովելու համար։
