Հաճախորդների փոփոխվող կարիքներից ու ակնկալիքներից մինչև բանկերի թվային փոխակերպում, հաճախորդների վստահությունից մինչև վաճառքների խթանում, ռեբրենդինգից մինչև արժեհամակարգի փոփոխություն…

Այս թեմաներն էին Կոնվերս Բանկի Մարքեթինգի բաժնի և Մոբայլ բանկինգի կրոսֆունկցիոնալ թիմի ղեկավար Սերգեյ Ուսնունցի՝ ԵՊՀ-ում վարպետության դասի առանցքը:

Ներկայացնելով մարքեթինգի ու թվային բանկինգի ոլորտում փորձառությունը՝ նա նախևառաջ նկատեց. տեխնոլոգիաների զարգացման արդյունքում փոխվում են բանկերից ակնկալիքները, հաճախորդները ոչ միայն մրցունակ ծառայություններ ու պրոդուկտներ են ակնկալում, այլև լավագույն ֆինանսական փորձառություն:

«Այսօր բանկերի հաճախորդները ֆինանսական փորձառություն են ակնկալում ոչ միայն օֆլայն, այլև առցանց տիրույթում՝ մոբայլ հավելվածներում: Հաճախորդները բանկերից ակնկալում են առավելագույնը՝ ոչ միայն բանկային պրոդուկտներ, այլև ծառայություններ, որոնք կհեշտացնեն իրենց առօրյան: Սա մարտահրավեր է, որում հաղթելու համար անհրաժեշտ է լինել ճկուն, նորարար, տիրապետել ժամանակակից գործիքներին և կիրառել դրանք»,-ասել է նա:

Հաջողելու, նոր սերդնի նախընտրելի ֆինանսական հաստատությունը դառնալու համար բանկերը պետք է ճանաչեն հաճախորդներին, խորությամբ տեղեկացված լինեն նրանց կենսակերպին ու կարիքներին ու նրանց առաջարկեն անհատականացված որակյալ ծառայություններ:

«Վստահություն, թափանցիկություն, հարմարավետություն, ազնվություն՝ ահա թե ինչ է պետք հաջողելու համար: Կոնվերս Բանկի գործունեության հիմքում հենց այս արժեքներն են»,-հավելել է Սերգեյ Ուսնունցը:

Հանդիպմանը հաջորդել է մտքերի փոխանակում և հարցուպատասխան, իսկ միջոցառումն ավարտվել է քուիզով, որի հաղթողներին խրախուսական նվերներ են հանձնվել:

Նշենք, որ միջոցառումն անց է կացվել Կոնվերս Բանկի և ԵՊՀ միջև նախորդ տարի կնքված հուշագրի շրջանակում:
