Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը երեկ մանկավարժական, Բրյուսովի անվան պետական համալսարանների, Հայաստանի ֆիզիկական կուլտուրայի և սպորտի պետական ինստիտուտի պրոֆեսորադասախոսական կազմին և ուսանողներին ներկայացրել է «Ակադեմիական քաղաք» նախագծի կրթական կլաստերի ձևավորման և բովանդակության նկարագիրը:

Փաշինյանն այդ հավաքին, ըստ էության, բացահայտել է իր իրական վախերը, խոստովանել, թե ինչու է ուզում «Ակադեմիական քաղաք» ստեղծել, այն էլ՝ Երևանի կենտրոնից հեռու։

Ըստ գործող վարչախմբի պարագլխի, նախագծի հիմնական նպատակը կրթական պրոցեսի համար անհրաժեշտ բոլոր բաղադրիչների ապահովումն է, ինչն այսօր հնարավոր չէ Երևանի կենտրոնում, քանի որ այն Հայաստանի բոլոր իրադարձությունների կիզակետն է՝ տնտեսական, քաղաքական, սոցիալական, իրավական: «Մենք ի՞նչ ենք ուզում, ըստ էության, անել: Մենք ուզում ենք պրոֆեսորադասախոսական կազմի, գիտակրթական ոլորտի, ուսանողների համար այս մեր ընդհանուր «տանը» ստեղծել մի կրթական սենյակ, որտեղ իրենք կարող են կենտրոնանալ իրենց նյութի վրա, և տնտեսական, քաղաքական, սոցիալական աղմուկներն իրենց ուղղակի չխանգարեն»,- նշել է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը:

Ուսանողությունն ու դասախոսներն ավանդաբար միշտ ամենաակտիվն են լինում քաղաքական գործընթացներում, մասնակցում են բողոքի տարբեր գործողությունների։ Իհարկե, արդարացիորեն կարելի է քննադատել այսօրվա ուսանողին ու դասախոսին գործող իշխանության դեմ անբավարար պայքար մղելու կամ անտարբերության մեջ, բայց ինչ-որ պահի այդ ուսանողությունը կարող է ոտքի կանգնել, խարխլել իշխանության հիմքերը։ Ուստի և, առաջացել է բուհերը Երևանից հեռացնելու, բողոքի գործողությունները քաղաքի կենտրոնից հեռու պահելու հարց, որն էլ իրականացնում են «Ակադեմիական քաղաք» նախագծով։
