Կանադան և Նիդեռլանդները կկատարեն Միջազգային քրեական դատարանի (ՄՔԴ) որոշումը, որը ձերբակալության օրդեր է տվել Իսրայելի վարչապետ Բենիամին Նեթանյահուի, ինչպես նաև Իսրայելի պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար Յոավ Գալանտի համար, եթե նրանք գան այս երկու երկրներ։ Այս մասին հայտարարել են Կանադայի վարչապետ Ջասթին Թրյուդոն և Նիդեռլանդների արտաքին գործերի նախարարության ղեկավար Կասպար Վելդկամպը, հաղորդում է CBC հեռուստաընկերությունը տված հարցազրույցում իրեն տրված հարցին, իսկ Վելդկամպը պատասխանել է Ներկայացուցիչների պալատում ստացած հարցին, հայտնում է CBC-ն։

Միևնույն ժամանակ, Թրյուդոն հիշատակել է նաև ՀԱՄԱՍ-ի հրամանատար Մուհամմեդ Դիաբ Իբրահիմ ալ-Մասրիին, որը հայտնի է «Դեյֆ» մականունով, ում ձերբակալության համար ՄՔԴ-ն առանձին ձերբակալման օրդեր է տվել։

ՄՔԴ-ն նոյեմբերի 21-ին Նեթանյահուի և Գալանտի ձերբակալման օրդեր է տվել։ Երկուսն էլ կասկածվում են «մարդկության դեմ ռազմական հանցագործությունների մեջ, որոնք կատարվել են առնվազն 2023 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 8-ից 2024 թվականի մայիսի 20-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում՝ այն օրը, երբ մեղադրող կողմը ձերբակալության օրդեր է ներկայացրել»:

Նախաքննական պալատը գտել է, որ ողջամիտ հիմքեր կան՝ ենթադրելու, որ Նեթանյահուն և Գալանտը մեղավոր են սովը՝ որպես պատերազմի մեթոդ օգտագործելու և սպանությունների, հալածանքների «և այլ անմարդկային արարքների» ու քաղաքացիական անձանց դիտավորյալ թիրախ դարձնելու մեջ:
