politnavigator.net-ը «Խիստ անհրաժեշտության դեպքում բոլորը հույսը դնելու են միայն ՀԱՊԿ-ի վրա» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ չնայած արևմտյան քարոզչության հայտարարություններին, ՀԱՊԿ-ը մնում է այն միակ լուրջ ուժը հետխորհրդային տարածքում, որը կարող է օգնության հասնել դժվարին պահերին։ Այդ մասին բուլղարական Pogled Info հեռուստաալիքին տված հարցազրույցում հայտարարել է Իսրայելի Nativ հետախուզական ծառայության նախկին ղեկավար Յակով Քեդմին։ «Ղազախստանում ՀԱՊԿ գործողությունը ցույց տվեց ՀԱՊԿ արդյունավետությունը այն դեպքում, երբ երկիրն ունի խնդիրներ և կարիք ունի արտաքին, հատկապես ռազմական օգնության։ Օրինակ՝ եթե վաղը Ուզբեկստանում ինչ-որ խնդիր լինի, ո՞վ կարող է նրան օգնության հասնել։
 
Թալիբա՞նը, գուցե Բրիտանիա՞ն, թե՞ Ֆրանսիան, Պակիստանը կամ ԱՄՆ-ը: Միայն ՀԱՊԿ-ը: Օրինակ՝ Սաակաշվիլին իր այն արկածախնդրության ժամանակ, երբ հարձակվեց Օսեթիայի վրա, սպասում էր ամերիկյան նավերին։ Բայց հետխորհրդային տարածքում այսօր կա միայն մեկ ուժ, դա ՀԱՊԿ-ն է, և դա նրա առավելությունն է։ Ցանկացած խնդիր, որը վտանգ է ներկայացնում պետության և գործող իշխանության անվտանգության համար, կարող է լուծել միայն ՀԱՊԿ-ը»,- ընդգծել է Քեդմին։ Նա նաև հավելել է, որ Լեռնային Ղարաբաղը որպես օրինակ բերելը ոչ տեղին է, քանի որ այն հանձնվել է Հայաստանի ղեկավարի, այլ ոչ թե ՀԱՊԿ-ի կողմից։ «Հայաստանի վարչապետը մի այնպիսի տականք է, որը դավաճանեց Հայաստանին, վաճառեց նրա բոլոր ազգային շահերը, տապալեց նրա բոլոր ձեռքբերումները։
 
Նա խայտառակ արեց այն արյունը, որը հայ զինվորները թափել էին ի պաշտպանություն իրենց հայրենիքի։ Եվ նա տվեց ամեն ինչ, և դա այն բանից հետո, երբ հրաժարվեց Պուտինի առաջարկից, որը ընդունելու դեպքում Հայաստանի զիջումները շատ ավելի քիչ կլինեին։ Եվ այսօր էլ Փաշինյանը շարունակում է նույն բանը անել։ Հայաստանը չէր ճանաչել Լեռնային Ղարաբաղը, իսկ ՀԱՊԿ-ը չէր կարող պաշտպանել այն երկիրը, այն տարածաշրջանը, որը չպաշտպանեց անգամ հայկական բանակը։ Դրանք հայ ժողովրդի դավաճան տականքի խառնակչություններն էին, որի հետ, ի դեպ, ժողովուրդը դեռ հաշիվ է մաքրելու»,- եզրափակել է Քեդմին։
