Այս բանտերում պահվել են ոչ միայն ընդդիմադիր զինյալները, այլևս մտավորականներ, ակտիվիստներ և սովորական քաղաքացիական անձինք. բոլորը ենթարկվել են նողկալի վերաբերմունքի, շատ դեպքերում՝ մի քանի տասնամյակ:
