ՊԵԿ տեղեկատվական մի քանի համակարգ դեկտեմբերի 31-ից հունվարի 5-ը հասանելի չեն լինելու

Պետական եկամուտների կոմիտեն հարկ վճարողներին տեղեկացնում է, որ Հարկային օրենսգրքի փոփոխություններով պայմանավորված 2025 թվականի հունվարի 1-ից գործարկվելու է հարկային պարտավորությունների հաշվառման նոր՝ անձնական հաշվի քարտի համակարգը։

Ինչ հնարավորություններ կապահովի նոր համակարգը Նոր անձնական հաշվի քարտի համակարգում կատարվել են մի շարք փոփոխություններ, որոնք միտված են հարկ վճարողների համար պարզեցնելու և ավելի համակարգված դարձնելու հարկային պարտավորությունների հաշվառման գործընթացը։

Գործելու են հարկային պարտավորությունների առանձնացված հաշվառման կարգավորումներ, որով պայմանավորված՝ գործող մեկ անձնական հաշվի քարտի փոխարեն գործելու են երկու տարբեր քարտեր։ Հաշվարկներով առաջացած պարտավորությունները հաշվառվելու են հարկատեսակների անձնական հաշվի քարտում, իսկ վարչական ակտի պարտավարությունները` վարչական ակտի անձնական հաշվի քարտում։

2025 թվականից վարչական ակտով առաջացած պարտավորությունների մարման համար անհրաժեշտ է  վճարումը կատարել 900008000771 վարչական ակտերի միասնական հաշվին, իսկ հաշվարկներով առաջացած հարկային պարտավորությունների մարման  համար՝ գործող  900008000490 հարկատեսակների միասնական հաշվին։

Հարկ վճարողները հնարավորություն կունենան ինքնուրույն որոշել հարկատեսակների պարտավորությունների մարման առաջնահերթությունը՝ մինչև տվյալ հարկատեսակի վճարման վերջնաժամկետը։ Հարկ վճարողներն այժմ չունեն ընտրության հնարավորություն, քանի որ պարտավորությունները միասնական հաշվից մարվում են միայն ինքնաշխատ եղանակով` պարտավորությունների հաշվառման օրով։

Հարկային պարտավորությունների ճշտումները հարկատեսակների անձնական հաշվի քարտերում կհաշվառվեն դելտայով` ճշտված և նախորդ հաշվարկի տարբերության չափով։ Ներկայում տվյալ հարկատեսակի մասով պարտավորությունների վերահաշվարկն իրականացվում է ամբողջ ճշտված ժամանակահատվածի համար:

2025 թվականից ԵԱՏՄ անդամ պետություններից ապրանքների ներմուծման մասով ԱԱՀ-ի հաշվանցումը կիրականացվի ներմուծման օրը ներառող հաշվետու ամսում, եթե ներմուծման համար փաստաթղթերը հարկային մարմին կներկայացվեն ու ԱԱՀ-ի գումարները կվճարվեն ներմուծման ամսում։ Իսկ ներկայում ներմուծման ամսում հաշվանցումներ կատարվում են, եթե նշված պահանջներն ապահովվում են մինչև ներմուծման օրը ներառող ամսվան հաջորդող ամսվա 20-ը ներառյալ։

ՊԵԿ-ը հարկ վճարողներին տեղեկացնում է Նոր համակարգի ներդրմամբ պայմանավորված՝ 2024 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 31-ից մինչև 2025 թվականի հունվարի 5-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում հասանելի չեն լինելու ՊԵԿ հաշվետվությունների ներկայավման էլեկտրոնային համակարգը, Ֆիզիկական անձանց էլեկտրոնային ծառայությունների միասնական համակարգը, տաքսի ծառայության My Tax հավելվածի ամսական հայտարարություն ներկայացնելու հնարավորությունը։

Իսկ Անհատական հաշվի տեղեկատվական պորտալը հասանելի չի լինի 2024 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 31-ից մինչև 2025 թվականի հունվարի 15-ը, ուստի այդ ժամանակահատվածում ֆիզիկական անձինք չեն կարող ներկայացնել հիփոթեքային վարկի գծով եկամտային հարկի վերադարձի դիմումը։ Սակայն հարկ վճարողների համար նշված ժամանակահատվածում մշտապես հասանելի կլինեն Հաշվարկային փաստաթղթերի դուրս գրման e-invoicing և ՀԴՄ համակարգերը։

Կոմիտեն հայցում է հարկ վճարողների ներողամտությունը պատճառվող անհարմարությունների համար և հույս հայտնում, որ դրանք կլինեն նվազագույնը, քանի որ նշված համակարգերն անհասանելի կլինեն տոնական օրերին։
