ՀՀ վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ֆեյսբուքյան էջում գրում է․

«Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կողմից վարվող բալանսավորված եւ բալանսավորման արտաքին քաղաքականությունը հասնում է իր առաջնային հանգրվանին:

Իրանի Իսլամական Հանրապետության հետ մեր հարաբերություններն առարկայական են առավել քան երբեւէ: Այդ հարաբերությունները հիմնված են բնական շահերի վրա, ինչը փոխգործակցության ամենահուսալի բազան է եւ հարաբերությունների կայունության երաշխիք:

Վրաստանի հետ մեր հարաբերությունները գտնվում են ռազմավարական գործընկերության ուղեծրում՝ բացելով զարգացման նոր հեռանկարներ եւ պոտենցիալ:
Թուրքիայի հետ ըմբռնման տեսանելի բազա է ձեւավորված:

Ադրբեջանի հետ հարաբերություններում առկա բոլոր հարցերին Հայաստանի Հանրապետությունն առաջարկել է կառուցողական լուծումներ: Ոչ թե առաջարկներ է արել, այլ լուծումներ է առաջարկել: Այս համատեքստում տարածաշրջանում էսկալացիաներ հրահրելու բոլոր ջանքերը զուրկ են լեգիտիմությունից եւ հիմքից, ինչը նշանակում է, որ տարածաշրջանը էսկալացնել չի հաջողվի:

Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության հետ մեր հարաբերությունները պրակտիկ են առավել քան երբեւէ, առանցքում ունենալով կոնկրետ հարցեր՝ առանց էմոցիոնալ փաթեթավորման: Մենք նպատակաուղղված ենք այս հարաբերությունները զարգացնել` փոխշահավետ համագործակցության եւ ինքնիշխանության հիման վրա:
Ֆրանսիայի հետ մեր բարեկամությունը ամրապնդվել է եւ զարգացել:

Եվրամիության հետ հարաբերությունները սերտ են առավել քան երբեւէ, ինչն արձանագրվում է նաեւ Բրյուսելում:

Ամերիկայի Միացյալ Նահանգների հետ մեկնարկում է ռազմավարական գործընկերություն:

Հնդկաստանի հետ մեր հարաբերությունները նոր կշիռ եւ իմաստ են ձեռքբերել:

Չինաստանի հետ մեր հարաբերությունները զարգանում են եւ խորանում:

Մերձավոր Արեւելքում գործընկերության նոր հնարավորություններ են ստեղծվել:

Այս դիրքավորումը Հայաստանի անկախության, ինքնիշխանության եւ պետականության հարատեւության օրակարգը հաջողությամբ սպասարկելու ամուր նախադրյալներ է ստեղծում, ինչը կիրագործվի բալանսավորման եւ բալանսավորված արտաքին քաղաքականության առաջիկա փուլերում»:
