«Նոր պրոյեկտ. Տնտեսական ալիք» նախաձեռնությունը վերջին շաբաթների ընթացքում պարբերաբար է անդրադարձել այսպես կոչված «բարեփոխումներին»՝ շրջանառության հարկ, գույքահարկ, տրանսպորտի գին, աղբահանության վճարներ, հայտարարագրում և այլն:

Մեր հայրենակիցների կողմից շարունակվող բազմաթիվ հարցադրումների և տնտեսագիտական պարզաբանումներ ստանալու համատեքստում, ևս մեկ անգամ ցանկանում ենք շեշտադրել՝ յուրաքնաչյուր բարեփոխման իրականացման հիմքում կա երկու կարևորագույն գործոն: Առաջինը` մասնագիտական համակողմանի վերլուծությունն ու բարեփոխման հետևանքների կամ արդյունքների սթափ գնահատականն է, երկրորդը այն քաղաքական կամքը, որով դու կարող ես այդ բարեփոխումները հստակ առաջ տանել՝ համոզված լինելով քո բարեփոխման արդյունավետության մեջ: Կամք նաև այն առումով, որ դու պետք է ճիշտ ժամանակին կարողանաս կանգ առնել ու հետևություններ անել:

Իհարկե մենք ականատես եղանք որոշ դեպքերում զիջումների, որոշակի փոփոխությունների, սակայն այդ ամենը բավարար չէ: Ընդհանուր թանկացումների և հարկերի բարձրացումների կոնտեքստում՝ մեր քաղաքացիների օրեցօր աճող ֆինանսական բեռը սոցիալ-տնտեսական լրջագույն խնդիրներ կարող է առաջացնել:

Վերը նշված թեմաների շուրջ տարբեր մասնագիտական խմբեր, հանրային գործիչներ, ՓՄՁ ներկայացուցիչներ, գործարարներ հանդես են եկել ծանրակշիռ և փաստարկված հայատարարություններով:

Ուշադրության է արժանի Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի վերջին հարցազրույցը, ոչ միայն հաշվի առնելով այն հանգամանքը, որ ինքը բիզնեսին մոտ կանգնած, այդ ոլորտում երկար ուղեգիծ ու կենսագրություն ունեցող գործիչ է, այլ նաև այն առումով, որ հարցադրումները իսկապես տեղին են:

Այս փուլում չխորանալով հարցազրույցի մասնագիտական խնդիրների մեջ՝ դիցուք, տրանսպորտի գնի ինքնարժեքի հաշվարկի կամ հայտարարագրման մեթոդաբանական առանձնահատկություններին, անհրաժեշտ է նշել, որ իսկապես ցանկացած բարեփոխմանը պետք է ժողովրդի մեծ մասն աջակցի, եթե չկա այդ աջակցությունը՝ պետք է կանգ առնել: Այդ առումով Ծառուկյանը մատնանշում է, որ հե՛նց ժողովրդի ձայնը պետք է լսելի լինի, բայց մեկ բան է լսելը, մեկ այլ բան լսելով համարժեք արձագանք տալը:

Ի վերջո ստիպել մարդկանց համակերպվել «բարեփոխումներին» խիստ ժամանակավոր է և լի վտանգներով:
Ուստի գտնում ենք, որ Կառավարությունը պետք է հետևություններ անի, սթափ համակողմանի գնահատական տա, լսի և՛ հասարակ մարդուն, և՛ փոքր և միջին բիզնեսի ներկայացուցիչներին, ինչպես նաև մասնագիտական հանրույթին, ովքեր տարիներ շարունակ խիստ պրոֆեսիոնալ շրջանակներում իրենց ձայնը միշտ բարձրացրել են՝ հաշվի չառնելով տարբեր դիվիդենդներ ստանալու կամ չստանալու գործոնը:
