Պեկինի և Մոսկվայի հարաբերությունները գտնվում են պատմական նոր սկզբնակետում, և նրանց համար բացվում են զարգացման փայլուն հեռանկարներ։ Ինչպես տեղեկացնում է «Արմենպրես»-ը՝ վկայակոչելով «ՌԻԱ Նովոստի»-ն, այս մասին հայտնել է Չինաստանի Ժողովրդական Հանրապետության արտաքին գործերի նախարարի օգնական Լյու Բինը։

Չինաստանի միջազգային հարաբերությունների ակադեմիայում տեղի ունեցած՝ «Չին-ռուսական հարաբերությունները նոր դարաշրջանում» զեկույցի շնորհանդեսի ժամանակ չինացի առաջատար փորձագետները ներկայացրել են Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության և ՉԺՀ-ի միջև ժամանակակից հարաբերությունների զարգացման վերլուծությունը: Միջոցառմանը ելույթ են ունեցել Չինաստանում Ռուսաստանի դեսպան Իգոր Մորգուլովը և ՉԺՀ արտաքին գործերի նախարարի օգնական Լյու Բինը։

«Չին-ռուսական հարաբերությունների համար նոր դարաշրջանում պատմական նոր հնարավորություններ են բացվում», – ասել է Լյու Բինը:

Դիվանագետը նշել է, որ ՉԺՀ-ի և Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության առաջնորդների ղեկավարությամբ երկու երկրների միջև փոխադարձ քաղաքական վստահությունը շարունակում է ամրապնդվել, պրագմատիկ համագործակցությունը մշտապես պտուղներ է տալիս, մշակութային փոխանակումները ծաղկում են բազմաթիվ առումներով։
