Customer Appreciation Day at IDBank

IDBank has turned these spontaneous appreciation days into a cherished tradition, where customers take part in mini raffles, win idcoins, and receive surprise gifts.
According to Seda Avagyan, Customer Experience Manager at IDBank, the core of the Bank’s mission is to provide the best possible service to its clients. “Every new idea, initiative, and innovation we implement is based on our customers’ needs and preferences. We are grateful to them every day for choosing us, but sometimes, we want to express our appreciation in a more tangible way through events like this,” said Seda Avagyan.
Aida Shahnazaryan, Manager of the “Centre” branch, also emphasized that the team strives to provide the best service by listening to customer feedback and continuously improving their approach. “Our loyal customers trust us and always find products and services that meet their needs. We show our appreciation not only through high-quality service but also through events like this,” she said.
Customers visiting the bank for regular services were pleasantly surprised to find a lucky wheel raffle, giving them a chance to win idcoins, sweet treats, and a refreshing change from the usual banking experience. Winners can use their idcoins at any of the more than 23,500 locations that accept Idram payments.
