Ucom-ի գլխավոր տնօրեն Ռալֆ Յիրիկյանը ելույթ է ունեցել «Հայ Գործարար 2025» միջոցառմանը։ «Հայ գործարար 2025» միջոցառումը կազմակերպել է Առաջին Բիզնես Դպրոցը՝ Գործարարի օրվա կապակցությամբ: 

Իր ելույթի ընթացքում՝ Ucom-ի գլխավոր տնօրեն Ռալֆ Յիրիկյանը խոսել է անձնային աճի, զարգացման, փոփոխությունների կարևորության մասին և անդրադարձել է հաջողության հասնելու սկզբունքներին՝ հիմնվելով իր անձնական փորձի և անցած ճանապարհի վրա։

«Մեծ պատիվ է լինել այս միջոցառման խոսնակներից մեկը և կիսվել իմ փորձով։ Գործարար լինելը չի նշանակում միայն հաջողակ բիզնես վարել. լավ գործարարը նաև արժեք է ստեղծում, ոգեշնչում է և սեփական օրինակով առաջնորդում է իր շրջապատին։ Այսօր մենք շնորհավորում ենք բոլոր նրանց, ովքեր ոչ միայն զարգացնում են իրենց գործունեության ոլորտը, այլև նպաստում են հասարակության ընդհանուր բարեկեցությանը։ Ucom-ում մենք կիսում ենք այս մտածելակերպը, և որպես պատասխանատու ընկերություն ոչ միայն մշտապես զարգացնում ենք մեր ծառայությունները, այլ նաև ներդրում ենք կատարում տեխնոլոգիական կրթության և շրջակա միջավայրի պահպանության մեջ» – նշել է Ucom-ի գլխավոր տնօրեն Ռալֆ Յիրիկյանը։

«Մարտի 3-ին Հայաստանում նշվում է Հայ Գործարարի օրը և սա հրաշալի առիթ է ևս մեկ անգամ բարձրաձայնելու արժեք ստեղծող Հայ Գործարարների մասին, ձեռք բերելու նոր գիտելիքներ, փորձի փոխանակում ունենալու, մեծ հնարավորությունների հետ ծանոթանալ և արժեքավոր գործարար կապեր ձևավորել, որոնք հիմք կհանդիսանան նոր համագործակցությունների և փոխօգնության համար, ինչին էլ միտված է Առաջին Բիզնես Դպրոցի գործունեությունը՝ բիզնես կրթություն, փորձ, հնարավորություններ, գործարար կապեր» - նշել է Առաջին Բինզես Դպրոցի հիմնադիր տնօրեն Ծովինար Սարգսյանը։

Միջոցառմանը ելույթ են ունեցել նաև «Սիներջի» ընկերության հիմնադիր Աշոտ Հովհաննիսյանը, որը խոսել է իր անցած ճանապարհի, չհանձնվելու և միշտ առաջ շարժվելու մասին, և գործարար Բակուր Մելքոնյանը, որը պատմել է միջազգային շուկայում հայ գործարարների հաջողությունների մասին։

«Karapp» և «Corporate Library» պրեմիում հրատարակչության հետ համագործակցությամբ տեղի ունեցավ նաև Ռոբ Ֆիցպատրիկի «Մամ թեստը» գրքի շնորհանդեսը, որի ընթացքում կազմակերպված պանելային քննարկման ժամանակ իրենց խոսքով հանդես եկան՝ ձեռնարկատեր, ստարտափ խորհրդատու, TikTok մենթոր, ինֆլյուենսեր, մարքեթինգի փորձագետ` Ռեմ Դարբինյանը, արհեստական բանականության Kaytser ինկուբատորի հիմնադիր, արհեստական բանականության հրահանգիչ ինժեներ՝ Մարիամ Դիլբանդյանը, Corporate Library հրատարակչության համահիմնադիր, տնօրեն՝ Արեգ Կարապետյանը և Առաջին Բինզես Դպրոցի հիմնադիր տնօրեն՝ Ծովինար Սարգսյանը։
