Վանաձորի ոստիկանության բաժնում արցшխցի երիտասարդին բռնnւթյшն ենթարկելու դեպքով հաղորդման հիման վրա նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ: Այս մասին Tert.am-ին տեղեկացրեց ՔԿ նախագահի մամուլի խոսնակ Կիմա Ավդալյանը:

«Հաղորդման հիման վրա նախաձեռնվել է քրեական վարույթ՝ Քրեական օրենսգրքի 450-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 7-րդ կետի հատկանիշներով (մի խումբ անձանց կողմից կատարված խոշտանգումը)»,- ասաց Ավդալյանը:

Ավդալյանը տեղեկացրեց, որ վարույթ նախաձեռնելու համար հիմք է հանդիսացել Դատախազությունից ստացած հաղորդումը:

Ավելի վաղ հայտնել էինք, որ Վանաձորի ոստիկանության բաժնում արցшխցի երիտասարդին բռնnւթյшն ենթարկելու դեպքով ծառայողական քննություն է նշանակվել:

Ավելի վաղ տեղեկացել էինք, որ Վանաձոր քաղաքում երկու զինված ու դիմակավորված տղամարդ ապօրինի մուտք են գործել արցախցի ընտանիքի կողմից վարձակալված բնակարան, սպանության սպառնալիքներ հնչեցրել սկզբում 28-ամյա կնոջ, այնուհետև վերջինիս մանկահասակ երեխայի նկատմամբ և հափշտակել տանը եղած ոսկեղենը։

ՆԳՆ ոստիկանության Վանաձորի բաժնի ոստիկանները դեպքի առթիվ ոստիկանության բաժին են հրավիրել տուժողի բարեկամին՝ 28-ամյա Տիգրան Ուլուբաբյանին, որը սկզբում տուժողի հետ ներկայացել էր ոստիկանություն՝ որպես վերջինիս ուղեկցող։ Ոստիկանությունում Տիգրանին ուղեկցել են պետի աշխատասենյակ, որտեղ էլ հորդորել են ավազակության դեպքը վերցնել իր վրա։ Արժանանալով կոշտ ու բացասական պատասխանի՝ բաժնի պետը ոստիկաններին հրահանգել է Տիգրանին «մշակել»:
