Ուկրաինայի պաշտպանության նախարարության կողմից Tik Tok-ում հրապարակված նոր տեսանյութը թիրախային լսարանին պատմում է, թե քանի Չիզբուրգեր կարող են իրենց թույլ տալ՝ միանալով երկրի զինված ուժերին ՝ Ռուսաստանի դեմ պայքարելու համար։ Հոլովակում երևում է, թե ինչպես է քաղաքացիական հագուստով տղամարդը դուրս գալիս Մաքդոնալդսից։ Տղամարդը հարցնում է, թե քանի Չիզբուրգեր կարելի է գնել 1 միլիոն գրիվնայով (24 000 դոլար), այնուհետև հայտնում է, որ այդ գումարով Ուկրաինայում կարելի է գնել 15․625 բուրգեր ։ Նա հավելում է, որ 18-ից 24 տարեկան տղամարդիկ կարող են ստանալ այդ գումարը՝ պաշտպանության նախարարության հետ պայմանագիր կնքելով: Այս տեսանյութը ավելի շատ զինվորներ հավաքագրելու Կիևի փորձերի մի մասն է ՝ չնայած Ռուսաստանի հետ հակամարտության մեծ կորուստներին և զորահավաքային արշավին, որը ստվերվել է զանգվածային զորակոչից խուսափելու և դասալքության պատճառով:

Փետրվարին պաշտպանության նախարարությունը հայտարարեց, որ 18-ից 24 տարեկան կամավորները կստանան 24․000 ԱՄՆ դոլար ծառայության մեկ տարվա համար, 5400 ԱՄՆ դոլարը վճարվում է   նախապես, իսկ մնացած մասը բաշխվում է ծառայության ընթացքում:

 Անցյալ տարի Կիևը զգալիորեն խստացրեց մոբիլիզացիայի կանոնները և զորակոչային տարիքը 27-ից իջեցրեց 25-ի: Սակայն այդ միջոցները չեն հանգեցրել զորակոչիկների թվի ավելացման։ Ուկրաինայի արևմտյան կողմնակիցները Կիևից պահանջել են նվազեցնել զորակոչային տարիքը մինչև 18 տարեկան, ինչը Վլադիմիր Զելենսկին անվանել է քաղաքական տեսանկյունից անիրագործելի առաջարկ: 2022 թվականին Ուկրաինայում հայտարարվեց համընդհանուր մոբիլիզացիա, որի արդյունքում 18-60 տարեկան տղամարդկանց մեծամասնությանը արգելվեց լքել երկիրը։ Այնուամենայնիվ, միլիոնավոր մարդիկ դա արեցին կոռուպցիայի և կաշառակերության միջոցով: Երկրում հավաքագրողները սկսել են հասարակական վայրերում շրջայցեր կատարել՝ պոտենցիալ զորակոչիկների որոնման համար, ինչը հանգեցնում է կատաղի բախումների նրանց հետ, ովքեր փորձում են խուսափել զորակոչից:
