Ozon Հայաստանը գործարկել է օդային փոխադրումներով պատվերների առաքման ծառայություն Հայաստանի բնակիչների համար։ «Արագ առաքումն» արդեն հասանելի է երկրի բոլոր գնորդների համար․ հաճախորդը կարող է ընտրել այս նոր տարբերակը պատվեր կատարելիս։ Առաքման միջին ժամկետը կազմում է 5 օր, իսկ դրա արժեքը յուրաքանչյուր պատվերի համար հաշվարկվում է անհատապես։

«Արագ առաքումը» գործում է ամբողջ ապրանքային տեսականու համար, բացառությամբ վտանգավոր բեռների (աէրոզոլներ, հեշտ բռնկվող հեղուկներ և այլն), ինչպես նաև ծանր (30 կգ-ից ավելի) և գերծավալային ապրանքների։

Յուրաքանչյուր ապրանքի առաքման արժեքը կախված է քաշից և չափսերից ու սկսվում է 117 ՀՀ դրամից։ Օրինակ՝ սմարթֆոնի առաքումը կարժենա միջինում 344 դրամ, իսկ սպորտային կոշիկինը՝ 721 դրամ։

«Մեր ստանդարտ առաքման երթուղիներն անցնում են լեռնանցքներով, որոնց վրա հաճախ ազդում են եղանակային պայմանները։ Որպեսզի մեր հաճախորդները կախված չլինեն ճանապարհային իրավիճակից, մենք գործարկում ենք ինքնաթիռով առաքման ծառայություն։ Այս լուծման շնորհիվ մենք կկարողանանք առաքել պատվերները զգալիորեն ավելի արագ՝ անկախ եղանակային պայմաններից», – նշել է Հայկ Կարապետյանը՝ Հայաստանում Ozon-ի ղեկավարը։

Ozon-ը Հայաստանի շուկա է մուտք գործել 2023-ի ամռանը՝ բացելով իր ներկայացուցչությունը և Երևանում գործարկելով տեսակավորման կենտրոնը։  2024 թվականի մայիսին ընկերությունը հայտարարեց Հայաստանում իր առաջին ֆուլֆիլմենթ կենտրոնի բացման մասին, որի մակերեսը կազմում է ավելի քան 2 500 մ²։ Հայաստանի գնորդները իրենց պատվերները ստանում են Ozon-ի բրենդավորված հանձնման կետերում, HayPost-ի բաժանմունքներում կամ վաճառողի միջոցով։ 2024-ին Ozon-ը գործարկել է նաև սեփական սուրհանդակային առաքման ծառայությունը Երևանում։

*  Ապրանքը համարվում է գերծավալային, եթե համապատասխանում է հետևյալ պայմաններից մեկին՝ մեկ կողմը գերազանցում է 200 սմ, քաշը գերազանցում է 35 կգ, կամ ծավալը գերազանցում է 500 լ։

Ozon-ը բազմակատեգորիա մարքեթփլեյս է՝ զարգացած լոգիստիկ ցանցով: Ընկերությունը գործում է Հայաստանում, Ղազախստանում, Բելառուսում, Ռուսաստանում, Ղրղզստանում, Ուզբեկստանում, Ադրբեջանում, Վրաստանում, ինչպես նաև Չինաստանում և Թուրքիայում։ Հարթակում ներկայացված են ավելի քան 370 միլիոն ապրանքատեսակներ ավելի քան 20 կատեգորիաներում՝ գրքերից և հագուստից մինչև սննդամթերք և առողջապահական ապրանքներ: 56,5 միլիոն ակտիվ գնորդներ արդեն պատվերներ են ստանում Ozon-ի զարգացած լոգիստիկ ենթակառուցվածքի շնորհիվ, որը նաև թույլ է տալիս ավելի քան 600 հազար ձեռնարկատերերի իրենց ապրանքները վաճառել Ռուսաստանում և ԱՊՀ երկրներում։
