ՀՀ երրորդ նախագահ Սերժ Սարգսյանի գրասենյակից 168.am-ը մեկնաբանություն խնդրեց մարտի 25-ին կառավարություն-Ազգային ժողով հարցուպատասխանի ժամանակ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի հերթական պոռթկումների վերաբերյալ՝ ուղղված բանավեճի իր առաջարկը մերժած ՀՀ նախկին երեք նախագահներին: Սերժ Սարգսյանի գրասենյակից մեզ պատասխանեցին.

«Իր աղետալի գործունեությանը տրված բոլոր գնահատականներից՝ ազգային անվտանգության վտանգի աստիճանի հասած նրա հոգեվիճակն ամենաշատը վատթարանում է կապիտուլյանտ բնորոշումից:

Ադրբեջանի հետ հիմա էլ բանակցություններում կրկնակապիտուլյացիայի ենթարկված անձը երեկ խղճուկ կապիտուլյացիայի ենթարկվեց նաև բանականության ու բարոյականության հետ անհավասար պայքարում:

Նրա հոգեկան անհավասարակշիռ վիճակը Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի միջև իր իսկ պատճառով հաստատված ռազմաքաղաքական անհավասարակշռության հայելային արտացոլումն է, որը կապիտուլյանտը չի կարողանում թաքցնել Ալիևի պարտադրած ցածր նշաձողի ծանրության տակ մնացած վախերի պատճառով:
