ԶՊՄԿ բարեգործական հիմնադրամի կողմից աշխատակիցների և նրանց երեխաների ուսման վճարների փոխհատուցման կարգի մասին

Ինչպես հայտնի է, ԶՊՄԿ-ն սոցիալական բազմաշերտ ծրագրերի շարքում հատուկ տեղ է հատկացնում կրթական ծրագրերին։ Ի թիվս այլ ներդրումների, ԶՊՄԿ բարեգործական հիմադրամը խրախուսում է աշխատակիցների շարունակական կրթությունը և աջակցում է աշխատակիցների և նրանց երեխաների կրթության ֆինանսավորմանը։

Համաձայն որդեգրված սկզբունքի, որի առաջնահերթությունն ու նպատակն է` խթանել ուսման որակը, փոխհատուցումներն իրականացվում են, ըստ ուսանողի առաջադիմության:

Հստակության համար ներկայացնում ենք ուսման վճարների փոխհատուցման կարգը և սկզբունքը։
Թե՛ աշխատակիցների, թե՛ նրանց զավակների դեպքում փոխհատուցման չափը կախված է ուսանողի առաջադիմությունից։

ՄՈԳ (միջին որակական գնահատական) – ՓՈԽՀԱՏՈՒՑՈՒՄ տոկոսային հարաբերակցությունը

 Մինչև 49.99% չի փոխհատուցվում

 Մինչև 69.99 % փոխհատուցվում է կիսամյակային վճարի 50% -ը

 Մինչև 89.99 % փոխհատուցվում է կիսամյակային վճարի 70% -ը

 Մինչև 100 % փոխհատուցվում է կիսամյակային վճարի 100 %-ը

 Եթե առաջին կիսամյակում ՄՈԳ-ը կազմել է 50-69.99 %, իսկ երկրորդ կիսամյակում ուսանողը առաջադիմություն չի գրանցել, ապա երկրորդ կիսամյակի համար ուսվճարը չի փոխհատուցվում:

 Առաջին կիսամյակում 70-89.99 % առաջադիմություն ունեցող ուսանողը 2-րդ կիսամյակի ուսվճարի փոխհատուցում կստանա, եթե առնվազն պահպանել է նույն ՄՈԳ-ը:

Այս դեպքերում, կփոխհատուցվի 2-րդ կիսամյակի վճարի 50%-ը:

 Աշխատակից ուսանողների ուսման վարձը փոխհատուցվում է միայն պրոֆիլային մասնագիտությունների դեպքում։

 Այն ուսանողները, ովքեր սովորում են

 Հերացու անվան ԵՊԲՀ- ում, մինչև 70% ՄՈԳ-ի դեպքում փոխհատուցում չեն ստանում

 Հայաստանի ամերիկյան համալսարան փոխհատուցվում է 49.99% -ից բարձր ՄՈԳ-ի դեպքում և կիսամյակի համար առավելագույնը 500.000 դրամի չափով

 Հայաստանի եվրոպական և Երևանի գյուղատնտեսական համալսարաններ փոխհատուցվում է 49.99% -ից բարձր ՄՈԳ-ի դեպքում և կիսամյակի համար առավելագույնը վճարի 50%-ը

 Մասնավոր այլ բուհերի, դպրոցների, ՆՈՒՀ -երի և այլ ուսումնական հաստատությունների ուսման վճարը չի փոխհատուցվում։

Համակարգի ներդրումը միայն մեկ նպատակ է հետապնդում՝ նպաստել ուսանողների առաջադիմության բարձրացմանը, խրախուսել անհրաժեշտ և կիրառական կրթությունը, բացառել ձևական դիպլոմի ձեռքբերման միտումը։
