ԱՄՆ պետքարտուղար Մարկո Ռուբիոն չեղարկել է այցը Լոնդոն, որտեղ կկայանան ուկրաինական հակամարտության կարգավորման շուրջ բանակցություններ՝ Ուկրաինայի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Զելենսկու խոսքերից հետո՝ Ղրիմը ռուսական ճանաչելուց հրաժարվելու մասին։ Այս մասին հայտնում է The New York Times-ը։

Հանդիպումը Մեծ Բրիտանիայի մայրաքաղաքում կկայանա այսօր՝ ապրիլի 23-ին, ԱՄՆ-ը կներկայացնի Ուկրաինայի հարցով հատուկ բանագնաց Քիթ Քելլոգը։ Պետքարտուղարության խոսնակ Թեմմի Բրյուսը Ռուբիոյի որոշումը բացատրել է նրա զբաղվածությամբ։ «Դա վերաբերում է իր ժամանակացույցի տեխնիկական հարցերին»,- վստահեցրել է մամուլի քարտուղարը։

The Wall Street Journal-ը հայտնել է, որ Փարիզում եվրոպացի և ամերիկացի պաշտոնյաների հետ բանակցությունների ժամանակ Ուկրաինային ներկայացվել է խաղաղ կարգավորման վերաբերյալ ԱՄՆ-ի կողմից պատրաստված առաջարկ։ Այն ներառում է Ռուսաստանի համար հիմնարար կարևորություն ունեցող 2 պահանջ ՝ Ղրիմի ճանաչում Ռուսաստանի Դաշնության մաս և հրաժարում ՆԱՏՕ-ին միանալուց: Զելենսկին ասել է, որ հրադադարի ուժի մեջ մտնելուց հետո ինքը բաց է Ռուսաստանի հետ բանակցությունների համար, սակայն միևնույն ժամանակ պնդել է, որ Ուկրաինան օրինականորեն չի ճանաչում Ղրիմի օկուպացիան։
