Փաշինյանը խիստ դժգոհ է թե՛ ՔՊ վարչությունից, թե՛ իր քարոզչական թիմերից։ Վերջին շրջանում գնալով ավելի ու ավելի շատ տեղեկություններ են շրջանառվում, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը մտադիր է աշնանը կայանալիք ՔՊ համագումարում ամբողջությամբ փոխել «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագրի» վարչությանը, թարմացնել, այսպես ասած, «ափդեյթ» անել։ Ընդ որում, մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, Փաշինյանը մտադիր է հեռացնել բոլոր նրանց, ովքեր վարկաբեկված են կամ էլ կապված են կոռուպցիոն տարբեր սկանդալների հետ։ Հենց այդ է պատճառը, որ օրերս ԱԺ նիստում Փաշինյանն ընկնավորվել էր կոռուպցիայի մեջ մեղադրանքներից հետո։

Նա ինքն էլ հրաշալի գիտի, թե իր թիմում ովքեր են զբաղված կոռուպցիայով, և հատկապես հարցը վերաբերում է հենց ՔՊ վարչությանը, երբ Փաշինյանի ամենամերձավոր շրջապատը, կարճ ասած, բանի տեղ չի դնում նրան և զբաղված է փող քերելով։ Ափդեյթ է արվելու ոչ միայն ՔՊ վարչությունը, այլ նրա ընտրական ցուցակը, որով Փաշինյանը մասնակցելու է ընտրություններին։ ՔՊ մեր աղբյուրի փոխանցմամբ, ցուցակի կազմամբ զբաղվում են միայն Փաշինյանն ու նրա կինը՝ Աննա Հակոբյանը, որևէ այլ անձի թույլ չեն տալիս ծանոթանալ։

Ամենակարևոր ուղղությունը, որտեղ Փաշինյանն ինքն էլ հասկանում է, որ լրջագույն պարտություն է կրել, քարոզչական դաշտն է, և որոշել է թարմացնել, փոխել նաև քարոզչական թիմը։ Եվ առաջին թիրախում Հանրային հեռուստաընկերության մեկնաբան Պետրոս Ղազարյանն է, ով, որքան էլ անմնացորդ նվիրումով ծառայում է գործող իշխանություններին, ըստ ՔՊ-ի, այնքան վարկաբեկված է, որ պետք է ազատվել նրանից։ Այդուհանդերձ, Պետրոս Ղազարյանին պարզապես դուրս չեն շպրտելու Հանրայինից, այլ տեղափոխելու են այնպիսի մի պաշտոնի, որտեղ աչքի չընկնի հրապարակային գործունեությամբ։ Մասնավորապես Պետրոս Ղազարյանի մասով մի քանի տարբերակներ են շրջանառվում, չի բացառվում, որ նրան տեղափոխեն «Օրբելի» կենտրոն կամ կառավարական, «Ֆեյքերի ՊՈԱԿ» անունը ստացած հիմնարկ՝ պահպանելով նրա ամբողջ աշխատավարձը, նաև հնարավորություն տալով տեղում իրեն դրսևորել արդեն ավելի ոչ հրապարակային դաշտում։

Բուն «Ֆեյքերի ՊՈԱԿ-ի» մասով էլ Փաշինյանը լուրջ վերապահումներ ունի, համարում է, որ այնտեղ բավարար չափով չեն հակազդում հակաիշխանական քարոզչությանը և գումարներ են մսխվում, ուստի և այնտեղ էլ փոփոխություններ են իրականացվելու։ Իսկ Հանրային հեռուստաընկերություն ուզում են բերել ավելի թարմ դեմքերի, որոնք առաջիկա մեկ տարում գոնե ավելի վստահելի լինեն և կարողանան պարզերես անել գործող իշխանությանը։
