ԱՆԻՖ-ի գործունեության մասին հրապարակված «աղմկալից» բացահայտումներից մեկը վերաբերում էր ամերիկյան «Orbis Operations» ընկերության և ԱՆԻՖ-ի համագործակցությանը։ Դրա շրջանակներում ստեղծված CFW ընկերության գործունեությունը նույնպես ձախողվեց, քանի որ ԱՆԻՖ-ը կազմաքանդվեց։ Այդ համատեքստում հիշարժան է «Orbis Operations»-ի գնահատականը տեղի ունեցածին և մեկնաբանությունը, թե Հայաստանի համար ինչպիսի կարևոր նախաձեռնություն փոշիացվեց։

«Սկզբնական ANIF թիմը ստեղծում էր համաշխարհային մակարդակի ինքնիշխան ներդրումային հիմնադրամ՝ երկիր բերելով իսկապես գլոբալ կարողություններ և տաղանդ։ Դա մի բան էր, որով բոլոր հայերը կարող էին և պետք է հպարտանային։

Այդ համատեքստում CFW-ն գրեթե 9 ամիս գործել էր Հայաստանում և ճիշտ ճանապարհին էր՝ դառնալու բարձրակարգ կիբեռանվտանգության ընկերություն՝ մեծ հաջողության շեմին, երբ որոշում կայացվեց հեռացնել ANIF-ի ղեկավար թիմին։

Այդ փոփոխությունը փաստացի ոչնչացրեց CFW-ի նախագիծը՝ մեզ թողնելով առանց իրական գործընկերոջ ANIF-ում և առանց հաճախորդների, ովքեր պատրաստ էին համագործակցել։

Դա խիստ հիասթափեցնող էր մեր ընկերության համար։

Բայց առավել կարևորն այն է, որ դա ողբերգություն էր Հայաստանի համար, քանի որ CFW-ն փորձում էր զարգացնել երկրի համար կենսական կարևորություն ունեցող ներքին կիբեռանվտանգության կարողությունը, որն ի վերջո զիջվեց քաղաքական նկատառումներին՝ ապարդյուն դարձնելով նախագծի վրա ներդրված ամբողջ ժամանակը, գումարն ու ռեսուրսները»։
