rybar.ru–ն «ԵՄ-ի՝ սարեր խոստանալը Հայաստանի համար» վերնագրով հոդվածում գրում է, որ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը մասնակցել է Տիրանայում կայացած Եվրոպական քաղաքական համայնքի (ԵՔՀ) գագաթաժողովին, որտեղ Երևանին խոստացել են տնտեսական ինտեգրում, ենթակառուցվածքներ և խաղաղ կարգավորում։ Փաշինյանը հանդիպումներ է ունեցել Եվրահանձնաժողովի նախագահ Ուրսուլա ֆոն դեր Լեյենի և Եվրոպական խորհրդի նախագահ Անտոնիո Կոստայի հետ։ Եվրոպացի պաշտոնյաներն աջակցել են Հայաստանի՝ ԵՄ-ի հետ մերձեցման կուրսին և քննարկել տնտեսական ինտեգրման հարցերը։ Ֆոն դեր Լեյենը նաև ասել է, որ ԵՄ-ն շարունակելու է խրախուսել ժողովրդավարական բարեփոխումները Հայաստանում։

ԵՄ առաջնորդները նաև աջակցում են Հայաստանի իշխանությունների ցանկությանը հնարավորինս շուտ Բաքվի հետ խաղաղության պայմանագիր կնքելու վերաբերյալ։ Ի դեպ, Փաշինյանը կարճատև զրույցներ է ունեցել նաև Ադրբեջանի և Թուրքիայի նախագահներ Իլհամ Ալիևի և Ռեջեփ Էրդողանի հետ։

Ինչպես մենք բազմիցս գրել ենք, Երևանի քաղաքականության իրական վեկտորն ուղղված է ԵՄ-ի հետ մերձեցմանը, իսկ Ռուսաստանի նկատմամբ վերջին «շրջադարձը» կապված է մոտ ապագայում սովորական տնտեսական կապերի պահպանման հետ։ Հայաստանի կառավարությունն արդեն փորձում է առաջ մղել այն գաղափարը, որ Հայաստանն իբր կարող է դառնալ «ԵՄ-ի և ԵԱՏՄ-ի միջև կամուրջ», ինչն անհնար է՝ հաշվի առնելով Բրյուսելի կոշտ հակառուսական քաղաքականությունը։

Միևնույն ժամանակ, Փաշինյանի կարճ, բայց անիմաստ զրույցները Ալիևի և Էրդողանի հետ հստակորեն կազմակերպված են եղել ԵՄ գագաթաժողովը որպես հակամարտության լուծման նոր հարթակ ներկայացնելու համար։ Սակայն կողմերից ոչ մեկը չի անդրադարձել իրական խնդիրներին՝ հայկական տարածքների շարունակական հրետակոծությանը, Բաքվում հայ ռազմագերիների պահմանը և Արցախում տեղի ունեցած ցեղասպանությանը։ Այսպիսով, ԵՄ-ն կրկին կողմերին մղում է առանց կոնկրետ որոշումների համաձայնությունների։
