Ֆինանսների նախարարությունը դեկտեմբերի առաջին տասնօրյակում շարունակել է հարկային կարգապահության համապատասխան ցուցանիշների բարելավման պահանջը չընդունած կամ ոչ հիմնավոր բացատրություններ ներկայացրած հարկ վճարողների նկատմամբ շրջանառությունների և գների թերհայտարարագրումների, չգրանցված վարձու աշխատողների բացահայտման և մյուս ուղղություններով տարվող հարկային հսկողության աշխատանքները: Հաշվետու տասնօրյակում ավարտված բյուջեի հետ փոխհարաբերությունների ճշտության 13 ստուգումների արդյունքում արձանագրվել է 62.8 մլն դրամի լրացուցիչ հարկային պարտավորություն, այդ թվում` «ԳՅՈՒՄՐԻ ԳԱՐԵՋՈՒՐ» ՍՊԸ` 16.6 մլն դրամ, «ՀԱՅՍ» ՍՊԸ` 11.6 մլն դրամ, «ՖԵԼԻՔՍ-ՍԱՐԳ» ՍՊԸ` 4.6 մլն դրամ և այլն:
Այս մասին հայտնում են ՀՀ ՖՆ տեղեկատվության և հասարակայնության հետ կապերի բաժնից։ Համապատասխան ցանկերում ընդգրկված հարկ վճարողների մոտ շրջանառությունների, գների և ապրանքային մնացորդների ճշգրտման նպատակով 22 հարկ վճարողի մոտ իրականացվել են չափագրումներ, 11-ի մոտ՝ հսկիչ գնումներ, 24-ի մոտ` ՀԴՄ շահագործման կանոնների ճշտության ստուգումներ, աշխատողի աշխատանքի ընդունումն օրենսդրությամբ սահմանված կարգով գրավոր չձևակերպելու` 6 ստուգումներ:
Հարկային հսկողական միջոցառումներին զուգահեռ իրականացվում է նաև օպերատիվ-հետախուզական աշխատանք հարկային մարմնի կողմից առաջադրված ցուցանիշների ինքնուրույն բարելավման պահանջը չընդունած հարկ վճարողների մոտ: Մասնավորապես, դեկտեմբերի առաջին տասնօրյակում նշված հարկ վճարողների մոտ իրականացվել է օպերատիվ-հետախուզական 11 միջոցառում` կապված հարկային հաշիվների դուրսգրման նկատմամբ հսկողության հետ, բյուջեի հետ փոխհարաբերությունների ճշտության 7 ստուգում` համապատասխան հարկ վճարողներին առաջադրելով մոտ 20.0մլն դրամի լրացուցիչ հարկային պարտավորություն: Մշտական հսկողության տակ առնված առավել խոշոր և թիրախային 100 ներմուծող և արտադրող հարկ վճարողների մոտ 2014 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 1-ից 10-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակաշրջանի համեմատ մատակարարների կողմից դուրս գրված հարկային հաշիվների քանակն ավելացել է 25 հազար 260 հատով կամ 71.0%-ով, իսկ դրանցում արտացոլված շրջանառության գումարն աճել է 612.5մլն դրամով կամ 13.5%-ով: Նշված հարկ վճարողների մոտ 2014 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 1-ից 10-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում նախորդ ամսվա նույն ժամանակաշրջանի համեմատ մատակարարների կողմից դուրս գրված հարկային հաշիվների քանակը նվազել է 1063 հատով կամ 2.0%-ով, իսկ արտացոլված շրջանառության գումարն աճել է 1մլրդ 19.0մլն դրամով կամ 25.0%-ով:
ՀՀ ֆինանսների նախարարությունը էլեկտրոնային հարկային հաշիվների շարժի նկատմամբ իրականացվող դիտարկումներով պարզել է, որ նոյեմբերի 21-ից 30-ն ընկած ժամանակահատվածում ՀՀ տարածքում տնտեսվարող սուբյեկտների կողմից անվավեր կամ չեղյալ է ճանաչվել 3105 էլեկտրոնային հարկային հաշիվ` 1.3մլրդ դրամ ընդհանուր արժեքով: Ցանկերում ընդգրկված հարկ վճարողների կողմից նախորդ ժամանակաշրջանների համար ԱԱՀ-ի և տարեկան շահութահարկի ճշտված հաշվարկների ներկայացման միջոցով 31 հարկ վճարողի մոտ առաջացել է 52.8մլն դրամի լրացուցիչ հարկային պարտավորություն, ինչպես նաև հայտարարագրվել է լրացուցիչ 53 աշխատող:
