  • Ընդհանուր ծավալը – 5 մլրդ ՀՀ դրամ
  • Արժեկտրոնային տարեկան եկամտաբերությունը – 10 %
  • Շրջանառության ժամկետը – 30 ամիս (2 տարի 6 ամիս)
  • Արժեկտրոնի վճարում – 6 ամիս
  • Թողարկման/տեղաբաշխման սկիզբ – 1 հուլիսի 2025
  • Տեղաբաշխման ավարտ – 31 հոկտեմբերի 2025
  • Մարման ամսաթիվ – 1 հունվարի 2028

  • Ընդհանուր ծավալը – 5 մլն ԱՄՆ դոլար
  • Արժեկտրոնային տարեկան եկամտաբերությունը – 5 %
  • Շրջանառության ժամկետը – 36 ամիս (3 տարի)
  • Արժեկտրոնի վճարում – 6 ամիս
  • Թողարկման/տեղաբաշխման սկիզբ – 1 հուլիսի 2025
  • Տեղաբաշխման ավարտ – 31 հոկտեմբերի 2025
  • Մարման ամսաթիվ – 1 հունվարի 2028

Պարտատոմսերը տեղաբաշխվելու են 2025թ․-ի հուլիսի 1-ից մինչև 2025 թվականի հոկտեմբերի 31-ը ներառյալ։ Սրանք IDBank-ի պարտատոմսերի 30, 31 և 32-րդ թողարկումներն են և 2025թ․-ի երրորդ, չորրորդ և հինգերորդ տրանշերը։

Տեղաբաշխման ավարտից հետո պարտատոմսերը ներկայացվելու են ցուցակման «Հայաստանի ֆոնդային բորսա» ԲԲԸ և ունենալու են շուկա ստեղծող (Marketmaker):

Պարտատոմսերի մասին ամբողջական տեղեկատվությունը հասանելի կլինի Idram&IDBank հավելվածում դրանք ձեռք բերելուց անմիջապես հետո․ «Բանկինգ» բաժնի «Պարտատոմսեր» ենթաբաժնում  ներկայացված է պարտատոմսերի տարբերակիչ ծածկագիրը, քանակը, անվանական արժեքը, տարեկան արժեկտրոնային եկամտաբերությունը, արժեկտրոնի վճարման օրը և պարտատոմսերի մարման օրը։

Պարտատոմսերի ծրագրային ազդագիրը գրանցվել է ՀՀ Կենտրոնական բանկում ՀՀ ԿԲ նախագահի 06 նոյեմբերի 2024թ. թիվ 1/420 Ա որոշմամբ հաստատված ծրագրային ազդագրի շրջանակում։ Ծրագրային ազդագրի, դրա լրացման էլեկտրոնային տարբերակներին և սույն թողարկման հիմնական պայմաններին կարելի է ծանոթանալ IDBank-ի պաշտոնական կայքում:
