Современная система тепловизионных камер, установленная в участке Араратского региона Кавказского биологического заповедника (КБЗ), уже предоставляет специалистам данные, необходимые для обеспечения охраны этой территории. Безупречную работу системы мониторинга обеспечивает высококачественный интернет-сервис, предоставляемый компанией Ucom.

Современные технологические решения открывают новые возможности для решения экологических проблем. Эффективность такого подхода наглядно демонстрируют Ucom и Фонд охраны дикой природы и культурных ценностей (FPWC).

«В Ucom мы верим, что технологии должны служить как людям, так и природе. В качестве телекоммуникационного оператора мы уже служим жителям Армении, предоставляя им качественную связь. Но я очень рад, что мы можем делать больше, помогая сохранять природу нашей страны», — отметил Ральф Йирикян, генеральный директор компании Ucom.

«С помощью тепловизионных камер мы можем мониторить даже самые труднодоступные участки, не нарушая естественной жизни животных. Этот метод позволяет в режиме реального времени выявлять угрозы и оперативно на них реагировать. В этом деле неоценимую поддержку нам оказывает Ucom, обеспечивая надежную и качественную связь», — сказал Рубен Хачатрян, директор фонда FPWC.

Внедренные технологические решения позволяют Фонду осуществлять постоянный мониторинг диких животных, изучать миграционные пути исчезающих видов, фиксировать особенности поведения животных, вести круглосуточное наблюдение для борьбы с браконьерством, а также предотвращать лесные пожары, обеспечивая своевременное реагирование.

Этот проект демонстрирует, что взаимодействие технологического и экологического секторов открывает новые перспективы в обеспечении экологической безопасности и сохранении биоразнообразия.
