Դպրոցի տնօրենի կողմից հափշտակվել է առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի՝ շուրջ 8 մլն դրամի գումար

ՀՀ Վայոց ձորի մարզպետի կողմից ստացված հաղորդման հիման վրա ՀՀ հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեում նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթով իրականացված նախաքննությամբ բացահայտվել է «ՀՀ Վայոց ձորի մարզի Վարդահովիտի հիմնական դպրոց» ՊՈԱԿ-ի տնօրենի կողմից առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի՝ շուրջ 8 մլն ՀՀ դրամի հափշտակություն կատարելու դեպք: Այս մասին հայտնում են հակակոռուպցիոն կոմիտեից:

Մասնավորապես՝  պարզվել է, որ «ՀՀ Վայոց ձորի մարզի Վարդահովիտի հիմնական դպրոց» ՊՈԱԿ-ի տնօրենը, իր իշխանական լիազորությունները և դրանցով պայմանավորված ազդեցությունն օգտագործելով, 2021-ից մինչև 2023 թվականների ընթացքում, դպրոցի հաշվապահին պարբերաբար հանձնարարել է իր և նույն դպրոցում աշխատող մոր անվամբ ՊՈԱԿ-ի ֆինանսական միջոցներից հաշվեգրել ավել գումարներ։ Արդյունքում՝ դպրոցի տնօրենի կողմից հափշտակվել է  նշված ժամանակահատվածում իր և մոր անվամբ ավել հաշվարկված և վճարված առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի՝ ընհանուր շուրջ 8 մլն ՀՀ դրամ գումարը:

Առանձնապես խոշոր չափերի հափշտակության համար դպրոցի տնօրենին մեղադրանք է ներկայացվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 256-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 3-րդ կետով, իսկ նրան օժանդակելու համար դպրոցի հաշվապահին մեղադրանք է ներկայացվել ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 46-256-րդ հոդվածի 3-րդ մասի 3-րդ կետով: Երկուսն էլ ընդունել են իրենց ներկայացված մեղադրանքները և զղջացել կատարած արարքների համար:

Քրեական վարույթով նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է, և վարույթի նյութերն ուղարկվել են ՀՀ հակակոռուպցիոն դատարան:

Ծանուցում.  հանցագործության համար մեղադրվողը համարվում է անմեղ, քանի դեռ նրամեղավորությունն ապացուցված չէ ՀՀ քրեական դատավարության օրենսգրքով սահմանվածկարգով` դատարանի` օրինական ուժի մեջ մտած դատավճռով:
