Վերաքննիչ քրեական դատարանը երեկ մերժել է Շիրակի թեմի առաջնորդ Միքայել արքեպիսկոպոս Աջապահյանին կալանքից ազատելու պահանջով պաշտպանական կողմի վերաքննիչ բողոքը։ Որոշումը կայացրել է դատավոր Վաչե Մարգարյանը։ Վերջինս արդեն մի քանի անգամ հայտնվել է տարբեր սկանդալային պատմությունների կենտրոնում։ Դեռևս 2019 թ․-ին նրա անունը շրջանառվում էր Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանին կալանավորելու որոշման կապակցությամբ, և Մարգարյանն արդեն բազմիցս ապացուցել է, որ անմնացորդ ծառայում է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի իշխանությանը։

Միքայել Սրբազանի փաստաբանները Մարգարյանին ինքնաբացարկի միջնորդություն էին ներկայացրել, փաստարկելով, որ նա անաչառ չէ։ Դատավորն, իհարկե, այս միջնորդությունը մերժել էր, ապա և անփոփոխ թողել Շիրակի թեմի առաջնորդի կալանքը։ Հիշեցնենք, Միքայել սրբազանի դեմ քրեական գործ հարուցվեց, երբ վերջինս բավականին կոշտ քննադատեց գործող իշխանություններին։ Հանկարծ հիշեցին, որ անցած տարի հեռուստահաղորդումներից մեկում Միքայել Սրբազանը ռազմական հեղաշրջման անհրաժեշտության մասին է խոսել։ Ընդ որում, նախորդ տարի դատախազությունը Միքայել Սրբազանի այդ հայտարարությունը քրեորեն պատժելի արարք չէր համարել, իսկ այս տարի որոշում է կայացրել գործ հարուցել և կալանավորել Հայ առաքելական եկեղեցու առանցքային դեմքերից մեկին։

Միքայել Սրբազանը, ինչպես և Բագրատ Գալստանյանն ու այս շինծու գործերով կալանավորվածները դեռ մի որոշ ժամանակ էլ կանցկացնեն ազատազրկման վայրերում, քանի դեռ Հայաստանում իշխանության է Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի թիմը։ Յուրաքանչյուր մարդու ազատությունը ապահովված լինել չի կարող, բայց վաղ թե ուշ բոլոր քաղբանտարկյալներն ազատ են արձակվելու, իսկ նրանց փոխարեն իրենց կատարած հանցագործությունների համար պատասխան են տալու փաշինյանական իշխանության ներկայացուցիչները։
