Ամերիաբանկը հիփոթեքային շուկայի առաջատարն է՝ ավելի քան 22% մասնաբաժնով

Ամերիաբանկը հիփոթեքային վարկերի պորտֆելի ծավալով պահպանում է առաջատարի դիրքը Հայաստանի բանկային համակարգում՝ 22.6% շուկայի մասնաբաժնով (30.06.2025 թ․): 2025թ․ առաջին 6 ամսում բանկի հիփոթեքային վարկերի պորտֆելն աճել է 12.3 մլրդ դրամով` 30.06.2025-ի դրությամբ կազմելով ավելի քան 360 մլրդ դրամ:

Նշենք, որ Ամերիաբանկն առաջարկում է հիփոթեքային վարկերի լայն տեսականի՝ բնակելի և առևտրային գույքի գնման, վերանորոգման ու կառուցապատման վարկեր, վարկավորման արտոնյալ պայմաններ պետական ծրագրերի շրջանակում, ինչպես նաև հատուկ հիփոթեքային վարկ սփյուռքի մեր հայրենակիցների համար։ Բանկի նոր փուլային վարկավորման մեխանիզմը հնարավորություն է տալիս գույքի ձեռքբերման փուլերում նվազեցնել վարկային բեռը մինչև շենքի կառուցապատման ավարտը։

Հատկանշական է, որ 2025-ի առաջին կիսամյակում Ամերիաբանկի միջոցով գնված բնակարանների հիփոթեքային վարկերի 45%-ը տրամադրվել է օնլայն՝ MyHome.am հարթակի միջոցով։ 

Նշենք, որ MyHome  հարթակն այս տարի համալրվել է մի շարք նոր գործիքներով, որոնք անշարժ գույքի հետ կապված գործարքները դարձնում են առավել հարմար և մատչելի։ Մասնավորապես, հարթակում հնարավոր է որոնել, գնել կամ վարձակալել անշարժ գույք ինչպես առաջնային, այնպես էլ՝ երկրորդային շուկայում։ Այս տարի ընդլայնվել է նաև ներկայացված գույքի աշխարհագրությունը՝ հաճախորդներին ընձեռելով արտերկրում գույք գնելու հնարավորություն։ Հարթակում գրանցված օգտատերերը նաև կարող են օգտվել մի շարք զեղչերից և հատուկ առաջարկներից տեխնիկայի, կահույքի, դիզայնի ու շինանյութի տասնյակ վաճառասրահներում։ 

Բացի այդ, հարթակում գործարկվել է՝

  • Անձնական հայտարարությունների հրապարակման հնարավորություն, որի շնորհիվ ֆիզիկական անձ օգտատերերը, նույնականացվելով որպես Ամերիաբանկի հաճախորդ, կարող են ինքնուրույն տեղադրել անշարժ գույքի վաճառքի կամ վարձակալության հայտարարություններ։ Նախկինում այս հնարավորությունից կարող էին օգտվել միայն անշարժ գույքի գործակալությունները։
  • Վերանորոգման հաշվիչ, որը հնարավորություն է տալիս պլանավորել վերանորոգման բյուջեն՝ ընտրելով անհրաժեշտ անվանակարգերը (պատեր, առաստաղ, հատակ և այլն), մուտքագրելով շինանյութի քանակն ու ստանալով հաշվարկ շուկայական մոտարկված միջին գներով։ 
  • Գնահատական թողնելու հնարավորություն, որի շնորհիվ օգտատերերը կարող են գնահատել ներկայացված գույքը՝ ապահովելով թափանցիկ և հուսալի փորձառություն։
