«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Ինչպես արդեն տեղեկացրել ենք, օրերս Ռուսաստանի իրավապահ մարմինները առանց որևէ պատճառաբանության կանգնեցրել և արգելափակել են հայկական «Սպայկա» ընկերության հարյուրավոր բեռնատարները։

Մեզ հետ զրույցում տնտեսագետները նշում էին, որ սա պարզապես մի ընկերության դեմ քայլ չէ, այլ ուղղակի հարված է Հայաստանի տնտեսության ամենազգայուն կետին։ Բանն այն է, որ «Սպայկան» Հայաստանի ամենախոշոր ագրոհոլդինգն է, և բեռնատարների արգելափակումը կարող է լուրջ հարված հասցնել ոչ միայն ընկերությանը, այլև Հայաստանի գյուղմթերք արտադրողներին, ընդհանրապես տնտեսությանը։ Արգելափակված յուրաքանչյուր բեռնատար նշանակում է ոչ միայն անպատասխան մնացած պատվերներ, այլև կորցրած եկամուտ գյուղացու համար, կործանված շուկաներ Հայաստանի արտադրողի համար։ Եթե արգելափակումը երկար տևի, Հայաստանի գյուղմթերքի արտահանման շղթան կփլուզվի։

Մասնագետները նաև նշում են, որ Ռուսաստանի կողմից «Սպայկայի» հարյուրավոր բեռնատարների կանգնեցումը պատահականություն չէ։ Դա ուղիղ մեսիջ է. Մոսկվան ցույց է տալիս, որ Հայաստանի արտաքին քաղաքական տատանումները անպատասխան չեն մնալու։ Հիշեցնենք, որ ոչ վաղ անցյալում ՌԴ փոխվարչապետ Օվերչուկն ու այլ պաշտոնյաներ ուղիղ տեքստով զգուշացրել են այդ մասին։ Իսկ քանի որ «Սպայկան» Հայաստանի գյուղմթերքի արտահանման ողնաշարն է, ապա այս ընկերության «ընտրությունն» էլ չի կարող պատահական լինել:

Կա նաև տեսակետ, որ «Սպայկայի» դեպքը միայն նախազգուշացում է, որ եթե Հայաստանը շարունակի որդեգրած գիծը, ապա ճնշումները շատ արագ կծավալվեն մյուս ոլորտներում։ Բառացիորեն հաշված օրերի ընթացքում պատժամիջոցները կարող են տարածվել ոչ միայն գյուղմթերքի, այլև էներգակիրների, տրանսպորտային կապերի կամ տնտեսական այլ հոսքերի վրա։

Այս իրավիճակը լրջագույն ռիսկեր է ստեղծում նաև Հայաստանի միջազգային հեղինակության համար։ Շուկայում Հայաստանը կարող է ընկալվել որպես անկայուն գործընկեր, որը չի կարողանում ապահովել ժամանակին և անխափան մատակարարումներ։

Եվ եթե պետական կառույցները ադեկվատ չարձագանքեն, Հայաստանը կանգնելու է նոր, ավելի ծանր ճնշումների ու տնտեսական կաթվածի վտանգի առաջ։
