Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում տեսանյութ է հրապարակել կիրակնօրյա զբոսանքից՝ «Կարոտել էի Երևանը» գրառումով։ Տեսանյութում նա շրջում է քաղաքում, մտնում սուպերմարկետներ, զբոսանքի ավարտին էլ սրճում Շրջակա միջավայրի արդեն նախկին նախարար Հակոբ Սիմիդյանի հետ։

Հուլիսի 16-ին ՀՀ նախագահ Վահագն Խաչատուրյանի հրամանագրով Հակոբ Սիմիդյանը ազատվել էր ՀՀ Շրջակա միջավայրի նախարարի պաշտոնից։ Նախագահի մեկ այլ հրամանագրով այդ պաշտոնում նշանակվել էր Համբարձում Մաթևոսյանը։ Նոր նախարարին ներկայացնելիս Փաշինյանը հայտարարել էր, թե Հակոբ Սիմիդյանն ինքն է վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին խնդրել իրեն ազատել նախարարի պաշտոնից։ Թեպետ մամուլում տեղեկություններ էին շրջանառվում, որ Սիմիդյանը Գորիսում՝ ՔՊ համաժողովի ընթացքում, դեբոշներ է սարքել այլ քպականների հետ, իսկ տեսանյութը հասել է Փաշինյանին։

Ըստ երևույթին, Փաշինյանը ներել է պարբերաբար տարբեր սկանդալներում հայտնվելու բուռն ձգտումներ ունեցող Սիմիդյանին։ Ավելին, մեր աղբյուրների փոխանցմամբ, թե՛ Սիմիդյանին, թե՛ մեկ այլ պաշտոնաթող նախարարի՝ Գնել Սանոսյանին, Փաշինյանը ցանկանում է օգտագործել խորհրդարանական ընտրություններին որպես շտաբի պատասխանատուներ։ Այդ հանգամանքը, նշենք, լուրջ դժգոհություններ է առաջացրել ՔՊ-ում, որտեղ այդ երկուսին էլ առանձնապես չեն սիրում․ խոսում են, որ նրանք կուսակից ընկերների մասին մշտապես տեղեկություններ են հասցնում Փաշինյանին, նաեւ վատ հարաբերություններ ունեն «Քաղպայմանագրի» ներսում։ Հենց այդ հանգամանքն էլ, թերեւս, Փաշինյանը ցանկանում է օգտագործել մյուս քպականների դեմ՝ նրանց սանձերն իր ձեռքում պահելու համար։
