ՆՈՐ ՄՈՏԵՑՈՒՄ

«Մեր ժողովրդին անուն ու պատիվ են բերելու ոչ թե քաղաքական գործիչները, այլ արվեստում, գիտության և կրթության ասպարեզում աչքի ընկած տաղանդավոր հայ անհատները»։ 

Մոտավորապես այսպիսի ուղերձ է  հայրենակիցներին  հղել մեծ բարերար Սամվել Կարապետյանը  կալանավայրից։


Սա բոլորովին նոր մոտեցում է Հայաստանի Հանրապետության զարգացման և բարգավաճման ճանապարհին։ 


Հայաստանը զավթած փոքրիկ խմբակը բացի պառակտիչ գործունեությունից,  յոթ տարի շարունակ ոչինչ չարեց Հայաստանի ինտելեկտուալ զարգացման համար, ընդհակառակը վերացրին գիտությունը, կրթությունը և արվեստը խթանող բոլոր տեսակի մրցանակներն և աջակցության աղբյուրները, խարխլեցին գիտությունների ակադեմիան, կրթական համակարգը։ Հիմա էլ «Ակադեմիական քաղաք» անվան տակ սպառնում են հիմնահատակ կործանել բարձրագույն կրթության համակարգը։ Իրենց ոչ այնքան հետաքրքրում է Հայաստանի կրթական համակարգի զարգացումն, այլ մայրաքաղաքի սրտում գտնվող ինստիտուտների և համալսարանինների  շենքերը, որոնք իրենց անձնական շահի համար անգնհատելի չալաղաջ են։
