Կառավարությունը նախատեսում է հաջորդ տարի շուրջ 15 տոկոսով կրճատել պաշտպանական բյուջեն

Կառավարությունն այսօրվա նիստին հաստատեց 2026 թվականի պետական բյուջեի նախագիծը։ Գրում է Ազատությունը:

Ըստ այդմ, գործադիրը նախատեսում է հաջորդ տարի պաշտպանական բյուջեն կրճատել շուրջ 15.2 տոկոսով։ Նախագծով պաշտպանության նախարարությանը 2026-ին 563 միլիարդ դրամ կհատկացվի՝ մոտ 1․5 միլիարդ դոլար։ Այս տարվա համեմատ ռազմական ծախսերը կկրճատվեն մոտ 265 միլիոն դոլարով։

Չնայած պաշտպանական ծախսերի շեշտակի նվազեցմանը՝ ընդհանուր պետական բյուջեն հաջորդ տարի ավելի քան 5 տոկոսով ավելին է։ Կառավարությունը նախատեսում է հաջորդ տարի 3 տրիլիոն 628 միլիարդ դրամ ծախսել կամ մոտ 9․5 միլիարդ դոլար։

Ֆինանսների նախարար Վահե Հովհաննիսյանի ներկայացմամբ՝ բյուջեի նախագծով տնտեսական աճը կազմելու է 5.4 տոկոս: Պետական բյուջեի եկամուտները նախատեսվում են 3 տրիլիոն 91 միլիարդ դրամ, որից հարկային եկամուտները՝ 2 տրիլիոն 972 միլիարդ դրամ։

Տարածքային կառավարման նախարարության բյուջեն կմեծանա 37 միլիարդ դրամով, գերատեսչությանը ավելի քան 325 միլիարդ դրամ կամ մոտ 850 միլիոն դոլար կհատկացնեն։

Առողջապահական ոլորտին շուրջ 211 միլիարդ դրամ՝ մոտ 550 միլիոն դոլար կտրամադրեն, գերատեսչության բյուջեն կաճի շուրջ 45 միլիարդ դրամով։

5 միլիարդ դրամով կրճատվում է նաև Էկոնոմիկայի նախարարության ֆինանսավորումը, գերատեսչությանը հաջորդ տարի 74․5 միլիարդ կամ շուրջ 195 միլիոն դոլար կտրամադրեն։

Ֆինանսավորման մակարդակով բացարձակ առաջատարը դարձյալ Աշխատանքի և սոցիալական հարցերի նախարարությունն է։ Հաջորդ տարի նախատեսում են 993 միլիարդ դրամ կամ մոտ 2․6 միլիարդ դոլար հատկացնել։ Մեկ տարում ոլորտի բյուջեն կաճի մոտ 90 միլիարդ դրամով։ Սրա առյուծի բաժինը՝ մոտ 591 միլիարդը կուղղվի կենսաթոշակներին։ Սրան զուգահեռ, սակայն, թոշակների զգալի ավելացում սպասել պետք չէ, ֆոնդն ընդլայնվում է միայն 30 միլիարդով կամ 5 տոկոսով։

Զուտ թվերով կաճի նաև Արցախից տեղահանվածներին տրամադրվող աջակցությունը, նախատեսում են 55 միլիարդ դրամ կամ ավելի քան 140 միլիոն դոլար տրամադրել։ Այս տարվա բյուջեով 35 միլիարդ էին նախատեսել։ Մինչդեռ, այս տարի արցախցիներին տրամադրվող աջակցությունը կրճատվեց։

Գործադիրը հաջորդ տարի նաև ավելի շատ գումար կծախսի Հայաստանի պետական պարտքը կառավարելու համար։ Ավելի քան 423 միլիարդ դրամ կամ 1․1 միլիարդ դոլար կուղղվի միայն պարտքերի տոկոսների վճարմանը։

Նախագիծը կուղարկվի խորհրդարան՝ առավել մանրամասն յուրաքանչյուր ոլորտի վերաբերյալ քննարկումները շարունակելու։
