«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Օրերս տարածքային կառավարման և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարար Դավիթ Խուդաթյանը Ֆեյսբուքի իր էջում մի տեսանյութ է հրապարակել և հպարտությամբ նշել, որ «դեպի Դիլիջան տանող թունելի գծանշման աշխատանքներն ավարտված են»: Չէ, սա կատակ չէ, սա նախարարության հաղորդագրություն չէ, որ, ասենք, վերանորոգման աշխատանքներ են իրականացվել, այդ թվում՝ այս կամ այն: Սա նախարարի գրառում է...

Ինչպիսի «տիեզերական» հաջողություն, պարզվում է՝ իշխանությունները հաջողել են գծանշումներ անել: Նույնիսկ հրապարակված տեսնյութում է երևում, որ թունելի առաստաղը մնացել է նույն խայտառակ վիճակում, նույնը՝ պատերի դեպքում: Ստացվում է՝ արել են իրենց «ֆիշկան»՝ ասֆալտապատում (դե, չենք բացառում, որ որոշ այլ գործեր էլ արած լինեն) ու, պատկերացնում եք, նաև գծանշում իրականացրել: Իրապես ահռելի աշխատանք, հատկապես եթե հաշվի առնենք, որ Հայաստանի, այդ թվում՝ Երևանի բազմաթիվ ճանապարհներ կարոտ են նույնիսկ գծանշման:

Իսկ գուցե Հայաստանի իշխանավորները մի անգամ այցելե՞ն, չենք ասում՝ եվրոպական երկրներ, գոնե հարևան Վրաստան ու տեսնեն, թե ինչ է նշանակում թունել կառուցել, թունել վերանորոգել, լուսավորել, ասֆալտապատել (բետոնապատել), գծանշել: Այդ դեպքում հազիվ թե նոր ասֆալտած ճանապարհի գծանշումը համարեն մեծագույն հաջողություն: Հասկանում ենք՝ առջևում ընտրություններ են, բայց «գլուխ գովելն» էլ պիտի մի քիչ տրամաբանական լինի...

Չնայած ի՞նչ ենք ասում. եթե մի իշխանություն տոտալ տապալել է ազգային ավիափոխադրող ձևավորելու ծրագիրը, ու այդ նույն իշխանության ղեկավարը «գլուխ է գովում», թե օտար երկրի ավիափոխադրողը (որն էլ լինի) «բազավորվում» է Հայաստանում, գծանշման նման որևէ «հաջողությունից» որևէ նախարար ինչո՞ւ չպետք է հպարտանա: Հա, ինչ վերաբերում է նույն այդ «բազավորման» գրառման մեջ նշված մտքին, թե «մենք ուզում ենք, որ մեր քաղաքացիներն աշխարհով ճամփորդելու հնարավորություն ունենան», ապա նախ լավ կլիներ ուսումնասիրեիք, թե ինչ խայտառակ բիզնեսի է վերածվել Շենգեն գոտու վիզաների համակարգը Հայաստանում, երբ մարդիկ «ժամ վերցնել» չեն կարող անգամ, իսկ տասնյակ կազմակերպություններ «ժամ» են ծախում: Բայց դա արդեն այլ թեմա է, որին առաջիկայում լրջորեն կանդրադառնանք:
