Հաշվի առնելով, որ հոկտեմբերի 15-ին դատարանի որոշումից հետո, այլևս խոչընդոտներ ու խանգարող հանգամանքներ չկան ավագանու հերթական նիստ գումարելու, որի ժամանակ օրենքի պահանջով պետք է օրակարգի առաջին հարցով ընտրել քաղաքապետ, (եթե չբողոքարկվի), այդ դեպքում կա 2 ելք.
 
1. ընտրել քաղաքապետ ավագանու գործող կազմից
2. տապալել ավագանու նիստը, դրանով նախաձեռնել ավագանու լուծարում, ապա նոր ընտրությունների նշանակում։

Եթե Մամիկոն Ասլանյանը, սպասվելիք նիստի ժամանակ կառաջադրվի որպես քաղաքապետի թեկնածու և Ասլանյան դաշինքի ու Հայրենիք խմբակցության ձայները կբավարարեն ընտրել քաղաքապետ, այդ դեպքում մենք կգնանք Մամիկոն Ասլանայնին ընտրելու ճանապարհով, եթե ոչ, ապա չենք մասնակցի սպասվելիք նիստին` դրանով կնպաստենք ավագանու լուծարմանը և նոր ընտրությունների նշանակմանը։
