Կոնվերս Բանկի ֆինանսական տնօրեն, գլխավոր գործադիր տնօրենի տեղակալ, BACEE-ի հոգաբարձուների խորհրդի անդամ Հրանտ Հակոբյանը որպես բանախոս հանդես է եկել «Regional Bank Executives Roundtable (CEE/SEE/Caucasus/Central Asia): Key to Success» խորագրով պանելային քննարկմանը: Միջոցառումն անցկացվել է BACEE-ի 50-րդ համաժողովի շրջանակում։

Իր ելույթում պարոն Հակոբյանը բարձր է գնահատել նման հարթակների դերը որպես գործընկերությունը խթանող միջավայր՝ շեշտադրելով մասնագիտական փորձի փոխանակման և կայուն համագործակցությունների ձևավորման կարևորությունը։ 

Նա ներկայացրել է ՀՀ-ում Կոնվերս Բանկի առաջատար դիրքերը մանրածախ և ՓՄՁ ոլորտներում, ինչպես նաև թվային փոխակերպման հարցում գրանցված նշանակալի առաջընթացը: Թվայնացման ոլորտում հաջողությունները փաստող վերջին մրցանակը՝ Best Mobile Banking App Consumer Armenia, Բանկը ստացել է օրեր առաջ հեղինակավոր Global Finance-ի կողմից։

Հրանտ Հակոբյանի խոսքով, ՀՀ ՀՆԱ շարունակական աճի պայմաններում Կոնվերս Բանկը բախվել է երեք մարտահրավերի՝ միջազգային դրամական հոսքերի աճի ֆոնին պատժամիջոցների բարդ ռեժիմները պահպանելու անհրաժեշտություն, արագ տնտեսական աճի պայմաններում կապիտալի կառավարման արդյունավետություն, ինչպես նաև արագ թվայնացման պահանջների բավարարում: 

Նա նշել է. «Այս պայմաններում Կոնվերս Բանկը որդեգրեց բազմաշերտ ռազմավարություն՝ նպատակ ունենալով ամրապնդել իր դիրքերը և պահպանել աճի կայունությունը։ Կատարված մեծածավալ ու արդյունավետ աշխատանքների շնորհիվ Բանկը կարողացավ ապահովել մեծ թվով միջազգային գործարքների անվտանգ սպասարկում՝ միաժամանակ ընդլայնելով համագործակցությունը նոր ֆինանսական հաստատությունների հետ։ Գրանցվեց վարկային պորտֆելի աճ՝ առանց ակտիվների որակի վատթարացման։ Converse Mobile հավելվածն առավելագույնս համապատասխանեցրինք հաճախորդների աճող պահանջներին՝ ապահովելով անվտանգություն։ Այդ քայլերի շնորհիվ աճեց ոչ միայն թվային ծառայությունների պահանջարկը հաճախորդների կողմից, այլև գործառնական արդյունավետությունը՝ ավտոմատ հոսքագծերի ընդլայնման միջոցով»։

Ամփոփելով ելույթը՝ Հրանտ Հակոբյանը ձևակերպել է Բանկի երկարաժամկետ ռազմավարության առանցքը. Կոնվերս Բանկի հաջողության բանալին այնպիսի ինստիտուցիոնալ հիմքերի ձևավորումն է, որոնք կարող են դիմակայել գլոբալ անկայունությանը և միաժամանակ մարտահրավերները վերածել կայուն զարգացման հնարավորությունների։
